Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course by my personal choice and this course has great opportunities in the future. The faculty in this college are above average. Some are very good and some are average and every faculty is a graduate and some faculties are also post-graduates from some most prestigious universities in India. This college surprisingly has a boys and girls ratio of almost 1:1 except for the Mechanical branch. The term exams are not so easy and not so difficult to pass. It is an autonomous college so the term exams are conducted as per the schedule given by the university

Internships Opportunities

There are some major companies like CISCO, Twillio, Amazon, etc which hire for internships from 4th sem. You can grab a nice opportunity if you work hard and the internships they provide has so much weight if you add them to your resume

Placement Experience

Yeah college campus placement is the only good thing that the college can provide and the average package of the ISE department goes up to 11lakh per annum. They train you for the placements to make sure that most of them get placed. The placement percentage is quite good in this college

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure depends on what basis are you admitted to this college. The fee structure for the people through COMEDK is way more than what the people pay if they are from KCET. This college is all about placements and it has some best placement opportunities if you compare other colleges. They provide internships for the students and they encourage them and train them for placements.

The college fest is known as Technieks they are usually conducted even semester and they are really fun libraries are flooded with books related to studies and coding skills we have gdse club cellular Club Gfg ieee and many more

Admission

I got my admission to this college through an exam known as COMEDK. The eligibility for the exam is you should have a percentage of 70 in your 12th class. This exam is for the guys who are not from Karnataka For the guys who are from Karnataka, they can get admission in this college through an exam called KCET. I hope the fees for admissions from COMEDK should be reduced

My College Story

Placement Experience:

Students in my college have a very good amount of campus placements where students become eligible from the final year 7th semester however the placement cell starts training from the 1st year means 1st semester itself like training for aptitude test, coding and mock interviews. Top it companies like TCS infosys, wipro, Accenture, capgemini, cognizant, IBM, tech mahindra mind tree. The campus receives 300+ offers. The average package 8 - 10 LPA and highest package 54 LPA. Every year 90% students are placed. After my degree i am planning to higher studies in abroad.

My College Story

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is generally detailed and aligned with industry Expectations but there is still scope for modernisation in certain areas.Overall i would like to rate 8/10. The syllabus include both theoretical and multiple lab components which ensures hands on learning. The practical labs like programming work and project with learning help students understand how concepts are applied in real work places. A few theory heavy subjects feel outdated and no longer match the current industry demand this could be revised or replaced.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 6th semester, but the overall placement scenario in DSCE for CSE is below average. Not even 50% of students get placed in good companies. Most students end up getting offers from mass recruiters or in sales and non-tech roles. Only a small percentage of top performers get decent technical packages. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Accenture, Cognizant, and a few mid-tier companies visit the campus, but the number of high-package, core-tech roles is very limited. The average package is on the lower side compared to other top COMEDK colleges. Because of this, many students plan for higher studies, certification courses, or off-campus drives after completing the degree. The on-campus placement support definitely needs improvement, especially for technical roles.”

My Honest College Experience at CIT(Cambridge Institute of Technology)

Placement Experience:

The students who are studying in 7th semester ( final year) are eligible for campus placements but before that in 5th semester there is pre placement training like aptitude everything. Top companies visit for placement like TCS , infosys, wipro, accenture, capegemini, IBM, techmahindra, Mindtree. Average there are 150-250 offers. Average package is 7-8 lpa. The highest package is 54 lpa at botify company. 85 % of students get placed at cse branch and ai amd ml and civil 30 - 50% . Overall 80% students gets placed. My plan is join a top product based company liek google with a good life.

Placement Experience:

Placement Experience:

The placement are good average packages 8 lakhs highest packages 35 lakhs and the companies include Google ,Microsoft ,service now companies and usually internships are provided as students become eligible for internship after 3rd year percentage of students getting placement 80% my plans still not yet decided

I got admission in this college from entrance exam named comedk it is conducted all over India. In comedk questions will b asked on 12th phy chem and maths. I got seat via KCET. KCET is held once a year . It's engineering entrance exam for colleges in Karnataka. After the exam there will be counseling and usually the cutoff for NIE Mysore CSE and ISE is around 5k to 6k .
