Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because I wanted to learn about sales and marketing and I was enthusiastic about BBA course but I couldn't get it, so I chose AMM only. The faculty members are most of the all were highly qualified and have done their PHD. The faculty and the teaching of the faculty members are awesome, they're highly qualified and knowledgeable. The exams were taken timely as per the college schedule. The questions asked were mostly what was taught in the class.
Internships Opportunities
BrewTech company came and the roles offered in the internship were sales, digital marketing and social media marketing. The stipend was 10-12k per month. The teachers were supportive for they helped in the projects and hiring process.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees hiked every year and the cost of study was low compared to other courses. I didn't get any scholarship. The job offers were very limited that came to the campus. But the offers that came was from good companies like ICICI, Prabhat Khabar, Asian Times and many more
Campus Life
Many annual fests are conducted in the college NY different departments. My department i.e. AMM course organizes Salesmanship and Selling Skills Workshop every year in which students bring sponsors who used to promote and sell their products and services. Almost all books be it latest or old can be found in college. College has separate department libraries and central library for all. The classroom had AC and we got the permission to use it in the last year only. The college very much encourages sports and cultural activities. The social club run by students are eco club and others. The phone is totally banned inside college campus.
Admission
The course or admission eligibility in Patna Women's College is 60% in 12th without any back. The application process and other details regarding the course and admission can be found in College website.
Interview Experience
The topics for Entrance exams were basically maths reasoning and English communication which are all common in other tests too. I prepared myself for the test by practicing and taking help from entrance exam books. The interview questions were basically from your previous studies background so need to prepare well for that. The process was to first fill the application form, then give the entrance exam and if one qualify the exam one will be called for PI.
