About PWC

Likes

I like the environment and the friendly nature of our faculty.
The library is quite big and you'll find almost every book there.

Dislikes

Nothing I'll say.. because everything is quite organised.

Placement Experience:

After semester 5 students are eligible for campus placement. There are many companies that are visited . Approx 50% got placed. But I'll say this is not too good for placement because not everytime students got selected and the package they offer is also quite low.

MY PWC EXPERIENCE:

Likes

The cultural programmes managed by the college
The teaching methods, they use ppts and smart board for better visual experience along with the sharing of their personalised notes.
They gives you many clubs you can take part in, and increase your understanding.

Dislikes

They don't allow you to use phones in the campus even if it's necessary. You must take permission from your concerned teacher before attending an important calls. Though there is a room called benedicta hall, where you have access to mobile phones.
The college hostel is a bit more strict than normal hostels, sometimes it's difficult for students to meet their relatives without prior notice or applications
The college do not provide access to free wifi, this is a major issue sometimes

Placement Experience:

When it comes to placement, from 6th sem only, college starts providing the placement opportunites to the students. Based on the company criteria, you can apply for this. Every year, companies like Amazon, Ola, Byjus, TCS, Wipro, Cognizant, bjaj and many more come in the campus to hire the students and provide various job roles to them. Every year the highest placement can get to 14 LPA to 25 LPA. And average placement lies between 4 -5 LPA. Approx 70% students gets placed from every batch.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum focusses majorly on theory..... So to get prepared for real world applications students have to put their own efforts. There are 2 exams in each semester.. One is mid semester exam and another is end semester exam. The difficulty level is apt.

Best campus for girls in patna

Likes

Disciplined campus, many workshops,seminars are held on the campus connecting students across the country . Having best practices for the students for their future.
Placement services best especially for management and technical students. Many companies comes and accommodate students.
Faculty are best in these campus so helpfull and supportive.

Dislikes

Phones are not allowed in the campus. Important notification are missed sometimes
Placement are not available for Science or Arts students .
Curriculum is tough but lengthy students face difficulty in certain papers

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum of the college can be said is good , students gets best finds of their courses. Now teachers are also giving extra classes as per your need. Timing for the exams can ve said as good preparation time is give before every semester 10 days study leave is given and online college portol gives all the notes for the students.

Dislikes

College fees is very high , not affordable to everyone
Cafeteria is not accessible to everyone as it's far away
It's a girls college so no personal growth can be seen

Curriculum is appropriate as some topics help in the job sector like preparing test construction, preparing time table , cumulative records , case studies. Some teachers just come in the class and read from ppt so that can be improved.

Teachers dedication to complete the syllabus of my department .
College infrastructure , the facilities they are providing and the programms or events happening in college.
We have good teachers and well behaved staffs in our college

Dislikes

Students are not allowed to take out their phone in college campus . What if the student has emergency ? We do have a separate room to use mobile phones but it is 4th floor .
Not informing students one day before cancelling the classes.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I decided to do this course because I was always interested in finance, marketing, and accounts. that's why I decided to make it a career. I want finance-related topics like the stock market, etc. Duration for the exam is 3 hours.

I liked the overall ambience of our college, the infrastructure in spectacular in itself and the way its maintained is worth getting a view. The cleanliness provided by college staffs is really good.
They provide us with many other opportunities other than studies. You can do a lot of diploma courses there along with your studies.They also provide us with programs like NCc ,NSS and teaching experiencs .There are also lot of curricular activities
There is active office with no delays in result, exams or anything. Placement cell is working hard to brin opportunities to students and teachers tru to give their best in providing you with studies The laboratories is especially well maintained.

Dislikes

Professors could be a bit better and classes can be made more interactive.
The gap created by student council between administration and students is a bit annoying.
The rigid dress code offered by tgis college is a bit weird as of upcoming generation college is a place where we learn to present ourselves the way we want to , overall its not that big of an issue.

Placement Experience:

Last semester if for internship and placements .The college have its own placement cell which provide circulars and information about upcoming placements. The placement of this college is not tgat great we rarely get job through it. I have already completed my degree now pursuing masters from central university.

Only theory is taught no any practical activity conducted

I chose this course because I am interested in it. The things I wish would be improved are that in this course the main thing that is not being focused on in our college is practical because mass communication is all about practical.
