PWC is a powerful college!

A normal B.Com is of no use today and therefore we have chosen B.Com (Hons) with two of the major accounting subjects like Accounting and Finance. Exams are very tough as Patna University is whom under our college is recognised. Also, we have mandatory projects and assignments in internals and those marks also carry 30% of the weightage.

Currently not many as Bihar hardly have industries but our college has made some connections and therefore those industries come for placements. However only 30-35% students are placed and not many as of now.

PWC is wher one should be if a girl in Bihar wants to move ahead. Definitely one of the best UG college in the state and fees as per private universities it's competent with them. A fees of close to 1 lakh a year for B.Com in Accounting and Finance is what they command and it is definitely a real worth the money.

Campus is amazing as it's like a single institute and is in prime location of Patna. Yet the institution is spread in around 30 acres and has quite a few blocks. Even the computer block is seperate and there's one 5 star canteen too in our college. Even auditorium and computer labs are like 5 stars as our college is that good when infrastructure is mentioned. From Holi to Christmas every festival is celebrated at PWC.

Admission are based on 12th scores and let me tell you that they aren't easy at all. Firstly it's a minority college and therefore Christian reservations are 20% and so cut-off for non Christian students hits 90 mark every year. In 2024 when I admitted it was 88 then but this year it was 91% cutoff for admission here.

PWC faculties are composed, sharp and also evolving as they have researched a lot and many are still doing it. So, most students here persuaded too by our faculties as without learning the researches skills, nobody can learn the academics. Thus, faculties persuading us for the same and pushing us push more than our limits has made us feel more confident as students.

Buddha Smriti Park is our escape after college ends at 4-5 pm. When we feel like movies it's P&M mall in proximity and other places like Gohar Palace and Patna Museum are also close. Food options are also many as Gandhi Maidan area serves the best Street food not just in Patna but in entire Bihar state.
