LNMU Admission
LNMU offers admissions to UG courses based on merit in the qualifying examination. However, for Btech program, admissions are based on the scores of combined admission test & Engineering entrance TEST (CAT - EAT) conducted by the University. PG admissions at LNMU is based on Merit in the qualifying exam but for admissions to MBA program CMAT/ MAT scores are considered. LNMU PhD admissions are based on the scores obtained in the PhD Admission Test (PAT) and Interview conducted by the University.

LNMU also offers professional programs such as B.Ed/ integrated B.Ed. Admission to LNMU BEd and Integrated B.Ed program is based on the Bihar B.Ed CET conducted by lnmu. Following are the steps to apply for LNMU B.Ed program:
- Visit the official website; http://test.bihar-cetbed-lnmu.in/index.
- Click on the “register now” button.
- Register yourself by entering the required fields such as name, email id, phone number, and the course you are applying for.
- An OTP will be sent to your number. Enter the same for verification.
- Upload documents including colored photographs, the impression of your left thumb, and full signature. All images must be between 20 to 50 kb.
- After uploading the images, you should be able to log in using the credentials communicated to you via mail or SMS.
- Now start filling the form by entering details such as your name, parents’ name, domicile, gender, family income, nationality, date of birth, and upload caste certificate if applicable.
- Next in the generic section, select govt id proof, id proof number, if you are a ward of freedom fighter, and identification mark if any. Save these details.
- Next in the address section, enter your address line, district, pin, state. Save the details.
- In the qualification section, you must enter board, year of passing, marks, mark sheet number for class 10, class 12, graduation, and post-graduation. Upload the marks sheet and select the degree.
- Next, select exam centers. Candidates can choose up to 3 centers in order of their preference.
- Agree with the declaration and submit the form.
- In the final step, make the payment in online mode.
- You can view the details by clicking on the view application button. Submit the application form and take its printout for future use.
After this the candidate will be required to appear for the entrance. If the candidate qualifies the Entrance Test, the/she can further participate in LNMU BEd Counselling and finally get admitted to LNMU BEd program.
