Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course for my personal interest as I liked bioinformatics a lot. The course curriculum is huge but informative and enjoyable and the faculty members are so good and for them, the course gets much easier to understand. Term exam, for the first sem - at 4 months, 2nd sem - at 3 months and 3rd sem onwards - at 6 months. Though the time is less for 1st Yr, the teachers are so much help that it becomes easier to appear in the exams.

Fees structure you can get in the website. Total 3,81,000 Rs. For 4 yrs. 1st sem 72,000Rs. (Including admission fees) 2nd sem 44,000 Rs. 3rd sem 45,100 Rs. 4th Sem 45,100 Rs. 5th sem 46,200 Rs. 6th Sem 46,200 Rs. 7th Sem 47,300 Rs. 8th Sem 47,300 Rs.
Campus Life
There isn't any annual fest (since I have joined) but there are various seminars & programmes to keep you engaged. There are various clubs for music, dance, drama, art, sports, creative writing and many more. There are thousands of books in the library and each of them is good enough.
Admission
I took admission through the WBJEE entrance exam. The opening rank for my stream was around 5k and the closing rank was around 26k for those who got admission by WBJEE. To apply for the WBJEE exam, there's a website wbjeeb.nic.in and you can apply there. The exam is pen & paper mode by our sheets.
