I have heavy interest electronics Student intake is high,like we are about 150 students in ECE and 600 in CSE Max. Faculty are Phd holders ,and some double phd also Its easy to pass here Like internals 50 marks and sem exam 50 marks

From 7th sem students become eligible for campus placements So many companies are visited like amazon, Infosys, Wipro etc more than 500 offers were made Percentage of students getting placed is 50% To work in. A core company

Fees and Financial Aid

Through KCET 112000 Per year If u score more than 8.5 in particular sem they will provide 40 % fee waiver as scholarship There are mainly two scholarships named MRD and CNR RAO Top 5% scorer will get CNR RAO scholarship for that particular sem (40% fee waved off)

There are not many fests some are conducted like Maya which is conducted in the month of September or October Library is well equipped,You will get all types of books Class room has a LED TV,fans Sports will be conducted in the month of march, almost all sports are there Social groups like kannada koota etc are there

Here Admission will be based on two entrance exams 1.PESSAT 2.KCET I admitted through KCET if u are a general candidate your rank should be below 15k in KCET in Reservation like Kannada medium or rural u can get admission at 40k rank also

students can be eligible for placements from 3rd year only, many companies have visited the college like TATA,Accenture and many other.The highest package for this year is about 19 lakhs , average package is about 3 lakhs,talking about the percentage our college has 77% of the college placements, i am planning to pursue higher education after my graduation

Placement Experience:

We enter the placement at the end of 3rd year almost at 4th year(6th to 7th semester). The placement cell organizes various traning program, including mock interviews, group discussions, and communication skills workshops. Past 3 to 4 years more than 10 companies per year offered hiring 100+ students. But over the year the companies have come down and providing les opportunities. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, etc recruite students from this college. The highest package is 25LPA and the average package is around 6LPA. Due to the increase in the rate of admission, the percentage has been decresed. Almost 25 out of 100 students are getting placed in this college. After getting degree, I will try my level best to get placed in campus itself. If not, I am interested more in Competitive exams, I will focus on it.

Placement Experience:

From the 6th and 7th semester students are eligible gor campus placements. Students are asked to apply for the campus placements from the career development department of the college according to the marks. Some companies visited are like jspider, qspider, Xworkz, kodnest, Infosys, 3 q sutantra, toyota, triveni,idea infinity,edgeverve, eton ,dfm technology, tata elaxi, enventure and many more. And highest package in 8 to 12 LPA. The students are placed according to the companies requiments min 20 students are placed outof 50 students My plan is to get a good, high paying job after completing my graduation.

The Pros and Cons of being a student at MIT Manipal

Placement Experience:

From the7th sem onwards campus placements are put in place for btech students. Many companies such as microsoft, google, BMW, mercedes, accenture and others look for students here. The top 100 of each branch get the highest packages with the average of that being 22lpa for the cce branch. The rest of the students that are placed have an average salary of 14 lpa. Almost all the students are placed with the placement rate being around 90% for my branch. I plan on working for 2 years after getting placed and then pursuing an MBa degree abroad to further my tenure as a valuable asset to whatever company takes me under their wing.

My admission to the college was through a state entrance exam KCET, based on the rank I had secured the rank-32524. Based on the ranks, the KCET board does the counselling process in 3 rounds. The previous year of my admission had a cutoff of 35000 in my category. Once after the counselling allotment is done, I reported to the college the next day for admission procedures.
