KMIT - a place to open up.

Our college timings are 9:30 am- 4:00pm. Many events and many festivals will celebrated monthly . No matter of ragging. Vast campus . High security . They won't allow to college if we came late even by 5 min.

I stepped into this college by writing TS-Eamcet exam and in this test I got 8,300 rank and I thought it's good rank and I put my web options as per my rank . After few days final college had been declared and I had given this college . I got cse branch in this college . apart from this , no interview for our college , writing entrance would sufficient to get in.

The course curriculum is excellent and it was similar compared to other colleges . We will be having 8 semesters and in this 8 semesters , first semester will be basic one and from second semester the curriculum runs with acceleration . I was happy with our curriculum because it had much practical based learning and this type of learning is important and our college had it.

The internship program in our college is short one and it was satisfactory one because we can't expect much more from state engineering college . Some companies would come forward to offer us the opportunities . This is going from past few years only and it need to rose much more . I don't about the experience but I didn't had it.

Our college is good in placements and we had the highest package of 14 Laks per annum , it was bagged by one of our senior brother and every year the companies would offer us the average package of 3.5 Laks per annum . The companies who offered placement opportunities are Infosys , fanscian solutions , TCS , IBM , ADP , Idea cellular , dell , Wipro ect ..

Our actual college fees is 70,000 per annum but if we get eamcet rank of below 10k rank then it sufficient to pay 10,000 /- per annum . This is the scholarship awarded by telangana state government. Our course fees a bit expensive to other students.

There are scholarships for our college and students get direct scholarship from government if we get below 10,000 rank in eamcet entrance exam and I gained this scholarship . As I got the scholarship , for me loan is not required and loan facilities are present in our college for required candidates.

We had total 5 hostels and in these 5 , 3 are for boys and two is for girls , these hostels will be separately located with high security. Our total hostel and mess charges comes around 45,000/- per annum , food will be fine and room maintenance is below average . There are 3 Sharing and 4 sharing rooms . I'm staying in 3 Sharing room and pgs exists outside the college .

The alumni network is good but in need to rose a bit because it doesn't contribute 100% of the college development . Yes they were helpful for us .

We had the best faculty with good qualifications and better past engineering experience . There are even some faculty who are involved in research work in top universities and they make us better with their experience . They will be very cooperative and helpful to us . Standard of teaching is OK .
