My course infrastructure and great campus.

Dislikes

Hostel rooms and accommodation is not good
Bathrooms are very stinky and unhygienic in the hostel
Mess food is worst and mostly tasteless and bad for health

Course Curriculum Overview

It is a good course and especially it is my interest to pursue Artificial intelligence and machine learning. The teaching faculty is great teachers are very friendly and their method of teaching is really amazing. There are a total of 3 exams ST1 ST2 AND PUT, starting it was very tough to cope up but it went perfectly later on it was easy to score well in every subject.

Class Size: 800Course Fees: INR 151500 per year

Internships Opportunities

Yes, many companies visit our college for Hiring students for placements and internships which provide students with great offers and opportunities and good packages are cracked by the students. Companies like Amazon provide various internships and opportunities.

Placement Experience

From the 5th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like Amazon etc and various good companies visit our college. The highest package is 58 lakhs and the average package is 7-8 lakhs in our college.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure is average and placement is very excellent. The college provides various opportunities to students from internships to placements everything is great. About the fees, it is affordable and average.

Campus Life

The campus is very nice and beautiful. Great infrastructure and especially the Engineering campus is great. There are interactive seniors and teachers in a friendly environment. Fests and freshers done by the college are superb. Lots of extracurricular activities happen in college and sports like football, cricket, badminton, etc are played in the college.

Admission

I gave the entrance exam Jee and then I got to know about the AKTU counseling. Then I applied for counseling and for B. Tech AIML in GL Bajaj Institute of Technology and Management and I got the seat.

RECM - Underrated but a great future ahead.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to appear for placement from seventh semester. In Civil Engg Dept 40 students enrolled for campus placement and 28 students were offered jobs till the final semester. L&T Infra, Tata Steel, Prism Cement, ACC Cement are some of the prime recruiters. Highest package offered was 7.5 lpa , lowest 4.2 lpa and median was 5.5 lpa. Profiles offered were Project Associate ,BIM Engineer, Site Supervisor, Area Head (Sales). 70% of students got placed in the first batch of this college from civil engg dept. Currently I am serving as Junior Engineer at DFCCIL (Railways).

The admission process in this institute is quite satisfactory, my admission is done here by aktu councelling process which was based on my jee mains performance, in this college maximum seats are alloted through councelling process and few are through management quota, for this one can apply on gl bajaj official website or can contact to college after the councelling process ends because some vacant seats are filled through management quota. As a btech student of gl bajaj I suggest the college to provide some more freedom to students ,especially for 1st year students ,also no. of fests and cultural program should increase and dress code system should be removed bcoz it makes us to feel that we are in school life...
