Life at Presidency

The course curriculum is well organized and the classes are taken with practical demonstration. The faculty are very very friendly and approachable. We have 4 Departmental laboratories and many more non- departmental laboratories.

Internships at Government and Non- Government organizations are available and recommendations from our faculties are given which makes the internship opportunity application easier for us. Many on campus and off campus events are organized for us to gain experience and to enhance our CVs

Placements are offered by the university. Multiple internships and Placement arrangements are being made by the university. Field trips are also arranged before an intern is placed. Nearly 75% of the students get placed.

The fee structure when compared to other Universities is pretty affordable. There are education loan process benefits from the university's side in order for anybody with economic issues to apply for. As of now, Shell is the only company coming for placements, but many more companies are expected to come for placements.

There are multiple fests including Technical, Annual and Cultural. We have 3 libraries- Management Dept., Engineering Dept. and the Dept. Law. There are multiple sports and academic activities also conducted.

The hostel facility is still under construction. We have 2 sharing as well as 3 sharing rooms with good infrastructure. Indoor games areas like Table tennis, Badminton, carrots and chess are also available. Outdoor game areas like Basketball etc are still under construction. The food is survivable. The hostel being built in an isolated area makes it hard for travel. But busses for travel have been arranged by the university.

Eligibility: 12th pass Application forms are available online as well as offline. The fee structure is available online and can also be discussed on campus or with a university counsellor. If the person is from Karnataka, and has appeared and passed the KCET exam a scholarship is provided and the fee amount reduces accordingly.
