Remarks

The only thing I want to highlight is about the hostel ! The rooms much be much bigger in order to share the rooms since it's not that satisfactory

Entrance Preview

I wrote the common entrance exam and also comedk and got through comedk. There was no interview as such.And the branch I chose is information science (IS) since I wanted to explore the technological aspects and build my strengths in IT aspects.

Course Curriculum Overview

It is really supportive and good ! We have great subjects supporting our course and it is well revised and updated. Pretty good focus with practical aspects and a lot of workshops and active research teams and as of now we have our first elective subjects as python,c and .net and graphics

Internships Opportunities

The college doesn't provide internship for all branches

Placement Experience

The placement is good. For this year it has reduced a little from last year but there is 80% placement. the major company till now was Accenture , Infosys and the package was 4lakhs per annum but there are companies that still have to come that has the highest package.

College Events

Fresher's day , ethnic day, branch fresher's day , competitions , college fest and festival Celebrations. They were all pretty big and grand with good contribution and a great organizing to become a success.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It is reasonable and the comedk fees is 1.75lakhs and CET is 50k to 60k approximately .not sure though

Fees and Financial Aid

It does provide scholarships but I haven't availed it.

Hostel Facilities

No. The hostel rooms are sharing . They don't have PGs and it is 40k not sure and descent food.

Faculty

They are pretty qualified with minimum MTech degree and a lot no. Of them are doing PHd We have a very enthusiastic staff who take good initiative and very interactive.

Placement Experience:

Student become eligible for campus selection in their third semester like I in the sector semester will have someone internships where students will get to know about the industry they will work for many companies in internship and then they will be eligible for the interviews in the 4th year itself like the last two semesters the companies visitor in BMS College of engineering Amazon Google Microsoft and top companies all that all the most top companies because the strength of VMS College of engineering + killed students are very high percentage of students getting placed is like 7030 as in the 30% many of them of 2 highest teddy and some of them do research and other stuff so I would say 70% of them get placed and 30% of them do highest studies place do business and other stuff like star startups mostly I also do higher studies in doing MBA or masters in other fields of interest if I get a good placement I will do job for 1 hour 2 years and then do highest studies

Placement Experience:

There is college placements in here. The students studying in 7th semester are eligible for campus placements. They should also not be having any backlogs. There are various companies that visit our college. Some of them are Infosys, Wipro, L and T, TCS, Anventure etc. On an average around 70% to 80% students get placed who are eligible for placements. I actually plan on joining a IT company for a reasonable salary just for experience purpose. And then pursue higher studies

The college with good staff!!

Placement Experience:
