Internships Opportunities
Almost every student gets a good internship. According to my branch, most of the students gets internships in core companies like NTPC, SAIL, GAIL etc which are good as per branch. Around 80% students secure an internship here. The stipends offered by companies visiting the campus are good where for instances Amazon gives Rs. 40000 per month. Endurance International group gives Rs. 50000 per month.
Placement Experience
The placement is very nice in my college from what I have seen. This year, only 20 to 30 may be are not placed but they are trying for off-campus placements. The average salary that I know of is 3.5 to 4 lakhs. Companies which visited are IBM, Accenture, Wipro, TCS and many other companies like Tata. The technical round for all branches is very tough. I heard from seniors that they all are asking generally basic questions from all fields. I really don't know about the stipend offered. Now I am in the 2nd year and I have completed my training in JUSCO(TATA). The internship will be done in summer 2018, may be 80% students got the internship this year.
