Course Curriculum Overview
I was into computer science and I wanted to join an IT company. The faculty-student ratio is good, there is no shortage of faculty. Minimum qualification is MCA and most of them are Ph.D. holders. In terms of the exam, being an autonomous college, the exam process is thoroughly done as planned before the year start, and there is no lag for the result also.
Internships Opportunities
We had the opportunity to seek an internship but we had to find it on our own, but I chose to stay in college and complete my project, and there was a faculty hired for the same. She helped us to complete the project.
Placement Experience
From the 5th semester students are eligible to attend placement. Infosys, TCS, cognizant, innovation labs, Wipro, Sutherland, Deloitte. The highest package was 4lpa from Deloitte. More than 40 percent got placement. I joined Infosys after my college.
Fees and Financial Aid
No hike in fees was there, but the cost of hostel life was high. They are providing scholarships for various quotas which include economically backward students as well as for topper students, and also for Christian students.
Campus Life
Annual fest and tech fest are there, now the tech fest is common for each department. We can find a very large and peaceful library where u can find most of the books. There is a projector and whiteboards in every class as well as CCTV. In terms of sports, they promote badminton football, courts and ground also there. There are various clubs in the college.
Hostel Facilities
Room is conducted includes shelf and bed only washrooms are common for every floor as this is the case of amala hostel, there is college hostel which provides more facility. Meal quality is okay including nonveg food. While registering you have to pay 15k minimum as rent and 4k each month for food.
Admission
Eligibility is based on higher secondary marks and they will be publishing a rank list on their site once entries are closed. The application form can be found on the college website. Reservation benefits are there for SC/ST and for Christian students.
