Remarks

When we took admission, we were unaware of the laundry and in the 1st semester before the end sem exams, girls came to know about that. We can also avail a laundry for our personal need, so I used the laundry just twice the whole semester as we came to know about it late. Many girls didn't use the laundry too but while submission of fee, in the SAP portal, everyone was charged 900 for laundry. When we saw this, every girl in our hostel wrote an application and get signed by every girl in the hostel and submitted to our head warden for this use. They took action and removed everyone's laundry fee for the 1st semester.

The technical background and future influenced me to choose this course. The preparation for real-world applications or further academic pursuits are average. Theres no fair improvement needed in the course curriculum and teaching methods. The frequency of the exams are 2 sem exams and 4 quiz in class exams. The timings for sem exams are 3 hours while for quiz tests its 30 minutes. The difficulty level is average of all the exams

Placement Experience:

Placement record is not so good.. companies like Microsoft and Google have blacklisted KIIT due to poor performance and mismanagement by the KIIT in providing with the right candidates. KIIT shortlists students in basis of multiple tests taken on platforms like AMCAT and on that basics provides the profiles of best performing candidates to the companies invited for campus hirings regardless of the field and job specifications and requirements, so basically KIIT has a very below average performance Training and Placement Cell as they lack decision making and management skills to segregate candidates for hirings according to their skills and not by their general scores and CGPA. NOTE: Companies have shown least interest in KIIT for last 2 years and the poor performance of previous batches and mismanagement by KIIT authorities. KIIT promises 100% placements but that is actually far from reality.
