I chose this course out of curiosity and career opportunity. Faculties are of top quality. The faculty-student ratio is 1:2. Faculties provide top-quality education. If anybody regularly attends the classes regularly, there won't be any difficulty in passing the exams with good marks.

Class Size: 12Course Fees: INR 45000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are very less compared to any other colleges. Even if a student can't give the fees fixed by the college authority then he would get scholarships as per the recommendation of principle Maharaj. Tuition fees +hostel charge is around RS. 3700.

Campus Life

Life on the campus is very soothing. Students, seniors, and juniors have brotherly relationships. Two or 3 seminars are conducted per month. Every department holds its departmental fest with grandeur. The library is available and it is needless to buy books. And a library is available where one can work with computers. Sports and games like cricket, football, volleyball, badminton, and swimming competitions are held out here. There are various communities existing in this college.

Admission

It didn't conduct any entrance test due to covid. It considered the marks of class 10 and 12 level maths. Application fees are 500 for each subject and the application has already been started. The last date is yet to be announced.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum was well-structured, and each semester, there were projects and presentations that also helped to test our knowledge. I got influenced as the curriculum provides us with financial economics, political economics, and Applied mathematics. The level of the exams was decent, related to the course. They could improve in teaching more practical knowledge and projects related to that, instead of only learning in a theoretical way.

Placement Experience:

Placements and job oppurtinities are less since this is an undergraduate college offwering honours degree. Though there is a placement and career councelling cell that looks over this matter. Placements are offered only in a few subjects, such as industrial chemisrty and computer science. The rate of placements are very high and come with high packages. Though I am not interested in placements, but I have started taking preparations for compititive exams. Such preparations are very supported here, rather than jobs and placements.

Course curriculum is impressive as it includes all the importaint subjects of several entrace exams. On extra the college provides internships for real world problem solving. In case of Computer Science students are working at NIC, CU, IIEST, NIT Patna, IISC and many other as interns. Statistics Honours at Ramakrishna Mission Residential College(Autonomous)

There a certain criteria to get admission to this college. 1)You must have a certain cut-off mark in your board exam(HS). If you have then you are eligible for the entrance test. 2) After clearing the test you will be qualified for admission here. Within a few months(2 or 3) after the board exam, the online form filled up for the admission test starts on the college's website. You just have to visit a few times on the college website after the board exam for admission details and exam dates. Application fees( per subject) : 500/- You can take exams on different subjects if you want.
