I chose LLB because I had pursued a career in law and I have a huge interest in law. In my faculty, the ratio is around 50-50. The teaching methods are good and receptive enough. Exams are held timely and are of moderate difficulty

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 7000 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

The fee structure is very economical. No other university offers a professional course at this low fee. I. E. At 7000. There are many scholarships available based on merits. You can earn your pocket money very easily

Campus Life

The only con of this faculty is that it is zero in the name of extracurricular activities. There are no fests held and no sports activities are promoted. Amenities in the classroom are okay. Traditional-style classrooms are held. We have to attend classes from 9-5

Hostel Facilities

I have been provided with a hostel. It is a small two-seater room. The cleanliness and hygiene are well maintained and common bathrooms are kept well-cleaned. The hostel is allotted on the basis of rankings at the entrance and later based on your CGPA score.

Hostel Fee: INR 5000 per year

Admission

You require to complete graduation from any stream. You can apply through CUET(UG). Reservation benefits are the same as that of any other university. The cuet entrance is same for every course. It needs no specific knowledge of law for entrance into LLb

Course Curriculum Overview:

LLB course of BHU is very reputable course. I already says that this university called as a factory of judges. Syllabus of the university is based on judicial service and cover all compititive exam syllabus. Extra curricular related to field like providing legal aid and conduct seminar with various immense lawyers and judges.

SLS NOIDA, it's good enough

Course Curriculum Overview:

Law has always intrigued me. Added to that, I have a knack for business too. So choosing the course was not really difficult. The college curriculum is very well spread over the 10 semesters and the balance between the law subjects and the business subjects is balanced. there are all, 5 divisions in which the students are divided and each class has about 40-45 students so the interpersonal interaction between the faculty and students is regular. The faculty is really helpful and well-versed in the subjects they are teaching. Their methods of evaluation and education help develop the understanding of the law and business side-by-side. Examinations or evaluations happen on a regular basis in form of quizzes and tutorials and end-term examinations. The examinations covered all the important portions of the curriculum and really tested their understanding of the law of the students by giving us case studies and open-ended questions.

Placement Experience:

10th-semester students are eligible to appear in placement drive and various law-related companies visit in our company like nishith Desai associates, which recruitment almost 100 students one at a time and maximum package is 7 lakhs and average package is 4 lakhs are offered. Almost 90 percent of students get placed in the placement drive and the remaining student is considered and preferred first in the next placement drive

There is no facility of placement provided by the college. Almost there is no opportunity for placement except government job. I'm here to complete my graduation to find a foreign job after completing my CA. Because there is a lack of jobs available in India.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell is not very active. This year only 2 students got placed in TATA AIG. In last year students are eligible for campus placement. In future, this no may rise. Last year 6-7 of my senior batch students got placed. Packages offered are avg. It is around 5-6 lac per annum. Students have to work hard to get better placement. The majority of people go for judiciary and litigation. After getting my degree I gonna appear for civil services. Many students do go for civil services here.

Immense exposure, ample opportunities and a holistic Curriculum

Remarks:

Still growing institution, so the management is also likely to sometimes make mistakes. So be prepared for that. Other than that one must really appreciate what this institution has achieved in the last 7 years only. It has developed a reputation for itself in such a short time period which is truly commendable.

Banaras Hindu University is a reputed central university. The campus of BHU is the huge and best place to spent your 5 year law course. Pros- Freedom of thought as you are not burdened with so much workload college life is chill. Semester exams are too easy to fail. Professors are experienced and qualified they can give you the best content Hostel life is different for boys and girls. Boys have full freedom to explore. Hardly any rules are imposed. You will learn a lot more in the hostel about people and life. Cons- There is hardly any focus on extracurricular activities students have to take all the initiative. Professors are of a traditional mindset. BLAT entrance is conducted generally in May and most probably the new semester begins in July- august. Believe it or not, you will curse the place in the beginning but cry and miss this place forever. There is something about this place.
