The college campus is small.it is very Strict in where teachers expect you to attend each and every lecture.So this is not for those who want a college life.time management becomes extremely important.management is very active and takes extreme steps in regard to college quality and placements.Computer engineering is undoubtedly the best in pune and placements is good.Life is not so good.Anyway it is BRAIN WITHOUT BEAUTY.

JEE mains.187 PICT is well known in Maharashtra for computer engineering and is considered the best private college for computer engineering in Maharashtra. Pune is always a good city to study. PICT has good placements.

Be is a 4 year course with 8 semester each of 6 months.Each semester has 5 subjects.The first year is common for all the students.The course starts in second year.The course designed is not highly relates to research.It is all in the application of concepts and development using the concepts.

No,pune university doesn't support colleges in providing internships.Though I company from Japan did come for internship program which was a work from home.There was no Stipend.

Technical events are 1)credenz-Usually filled with computer related events like coding and network hunt.Hackathon is major event. 2)Mindtree 3)Addiction is a cultural event. various small events from student group are also held like from ACM. cultural events having various days like traditional day,formal day are held in the days selected by the student.

1 lakh per annum is the fees.Compared to other engineering colleges in pune it is a less expensive.Concessions are given according to caste based policy.So overall it is a bit expensive considering various aspects of the college compared to other colleges

No college doesn't offer any but pune university does for every branch under the name TFWS. it waives of the tuition fees.

Gender rati is around 1.5:1.Various student technical gropus liks 1)IEEE 2)ACM Workshops on latest technologies are conducted.Cultural society from college includes art circle and music band.PICT stands usually in top 3 in a major karandak called purshottam which is a pune level art competition.

Hostel is only for 1st and 2nd year.Mess food is good but hostel is very expensive with yearly fees of 1 lac which is very high compared to other private hostels The hostels is a 3 floor for boys and one with 4 floor for girls.Room are not up to mark with lack of cleanliness facilities available.Timing for hostel is a major concern where max time for girls is 9.30 pm. Mess food is good though and canteen has improved tremendously over the last year

Alumni network is huge.Major chunk of the alumni have a post graduate from foreign universities.senior students are asked to held sessions on pre-placements activities.

Pune university conducts the exam.In 1st and 2nd year there are two exams.One is online exam which is mid sem and other is end sem .Online is MCQ based while end sem is theoretical. While in 3rd and 4th year both mid and end are theoretical. college also takes unit test before the mid sem and end sem.

The Maharashtra admission board provides various CAP rounds for admission.It allocates ranks to each student considering marks from JEE mains and boards.The form details filling starts after a week of declaring the board results.Everything goes online with students opting for their college and branch preferences.The results of CAP rounds are declared within 4-5 days and the students is allocated the first available selection from his preference list.The student has the option to select the given field or wait for the second round of CAP.The student has to report to the allocated college for confirming his admission.The admission process is of around 3-4 steps where your documents are submitted,your record is created in the college MIS and fees payment.You are then released from the further CAP rounds.

Each faculty has a minimum experience of 5 years. The teachers are selected under well defined interview.The teachers though are less practical and major chunk of their knowledge is theoretical. Each and every one have a post graduate degree.teachers are strict here and expect you to attend each and every lecture conducted by them in the college
