Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because from my childhood I loved machines. So I opted for it. Our faculty are extremely good they are highly qualified and they always boost our feeling.. the paper was tuf but the way they teach it made the paper too easy

Internships Opportunities

Google is one of the companies which offer high internships. in our college, our last year is project year. If we work properly it provides us with a permanent job in college other companies also provide good interns.

Placement Experience

From the 5th semester, we are eligible for placement. Almost every big company come to our college for recruitment. The highest package of my mechanical college is 2800000 and the average package is 1200000. 98 Percent is the placement ratio after getting my degree I will pursue masters

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees Are pretty high like it is almost 1600000. But the place they provide is fabulous so parents and students. Don't hesitate to take admitted to such a good college. After every a scholarship form is given if the student avails more than 8 cgpa they are provided with a scholarship

Campus Life

Bitotsav is the annual fest held in our college. It is dam fabulous. the library is pretty good is a huge library. the classroom is well maintained And it is good. the sports complex is spread over 100 acres of land. It provides a great opportunity for players in our college.

Admission

The day when my results were out. I was in extreme shock because bit mesra is the dream of many students. My hard work paid off i applied in Jossa my jee mains percentile was 93 No I am satisfied with the admission process

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum exam ready for students of mechanical engineering it focuses on industrial level exposure and for other competitive exams like gate and IES with good faculty who teaches almost all concepts. There are labs for each subject in which we get real world application knowledge. Also course is updated regularly as per the requirement of industry . The course can we improved by making course more practical rather than a writing all things on practical it should include project for students. Frequency of exam is that in every 15 days there is a exam with moderate to difficult level.

7th Semester students become eligible for placements. The highest package is offered by Rubrik in 2025 of 1.41 CR(domestic) High paying jobs are mostly for SWE/SDE roles. Percentage of students getting placed in CSE/AIML is 75, ECE 69, EEE 60, Mech 58. My plans after gettting degree is to get into job sector only for a while. No such higher education plans as such.

Placement Experience:

At BIT Mesra third is like full of practice for placements and final year more of placements activities than studies. So, when all these things are in order placements obviously will be more or less certain and here they are certain only with almost 90% students are places through campus with annual placements of 8-10 lakhs per annum.

A Genuine Review

Placement Experience:

From 5th Semester onwards student are eligible for internship but from 7th semester they are allowed to sit in campus. Various companies like PayPal, Wipro , cognizant ,TCS ,Genpact ,Amdocs etc. Highest Package this year is 35 lpa and Average Package is around 7.5 lpa. Around 90% of students from circuital branch and around 80% students from non-circuital branch has been placed so far this year. My plan is prepare very smartly for campus placements and bag a very good PPO from are tech based company.

I had NIT Raipur Chemical Engg, rejected it because I didn't like the campus amenities of the same, zero sports facilities, they play Football on a Red Soil literally. I got this in CSAB and hence it was a better ranked college than NITRR, i've heard of people opting a lower preferred branch in BITM over a branch in NITRR such the brand value of the college. I scored pretty avg in JEE 58k rank so wasn't eligible for all the clgs anyhow. Admission process is pretty simple JOSSA and CSAB. Admission experience is obviously good because why would a clg not welcome a laxmi lol jk....Read More

Actually This college was in my list but as a last option as i was getting RVCE and BMS few reputed colleges of bangalore but my parents insisted for this college as this college carries a good brand name of BIT,Mesra. Yes, Due to my not so good performance in JEE Mains I did not get the college i was hoping for. A student should first appear in JEE Mains and score a good percentile to get in to this college.
