Entrance Preview
I gave PET exam to get admission in oriental institute of science and technology, I scored 70 marks in pet and did my counseling and becouse of the reputation of collage and placement records i opt for oriental
Course Curriculum Overview
In our initial days of college we were introduced by the curriculum of whole year the whole syllabus and classes plan are availavle in our university website from where we can access it from anywhere but from last 2 years the curriculum is slightly changed
Internships Opportunities
Our college provide some references for internship but they are paid but we didn't got much time for internship we had to complete our internship within 1 month but I think now they allow the extension to students for internship
Placement Experience
Placement in our college is good enough our college arrange proper classes for placement's and it has 2nd highest placement in Bhopal within private colleges. It provides question sets for practice arrange mock interviews which will help the students for getting jobs.
College Events
All national festivals celebrated in our college, tech fest is organized once in a year where we conduct different events which are technical as well as cultural and sports are also there, cultural events like dancing,drama,singing etc, sports, workshops and seminars
Fee Structure And Facilities
Our college's fee structure is feasible its not too costly but not too cheap even some people got scholarship. Our college is flexible that if you are not able to pay fee at a time in some valid situations they adjust it with the next semester fee.when I was in the college it was 55000 per year.
Fees and Financial Aid
They provide all the scholarships which are offered by the government but our university provide scholarships if u come in top 3 in your branch or got 100% marks
Campus Life
Our campus life was nice mostly necessary facilities are available inside the campus. In our campus the gender ratio is almost equal and both boys and girls got equal opportunities to perform. Many extracurricular activities are also organized by the college time to time to involve students in other activities rather than only study
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facilities are very good for the light cut off generater was there , all time water availability is there, 24X7 warden is present in hostel for the help timings for going out and for coming back are appropriate not too early not too late but mess food is OK ok
Alumni/Alumna
Our college had alumni network but right now its not that established. Our seniors are very helpful and some of them who ate at good position are invited to guide us for the future.
Exam Structure
Exams are conducted properly under the camera surveillance. Invigilators are present during exams and surprise checking by the university faculties are held. We got 8 questions from which we have to answer for any 5 and for that we get 3 hours. No malpractices are tolerable during the exams.
Admission
The admission process was very easy I got allocation letter where it was written that i have to report at college within three days than within 3 days I went to college for admission process there I was well guided by faculties and after document verification process I finally got admission in this college
Faculty
For any help from the faculty we were free to go directly to them and meet them in faculty lounge. They were very helpful and cooperative. By the time we got new and better faculties with higher knowledge and the frequently took the feedback of faculties to check that everything is going right or not
