Environment on the campus is very good and it's very clean and green area
Library is very good and big any books you want are available in library
Faculty are very supportive and nice to communicate with them

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose B.Com because I interested in the subjects of B.com And it's subjected quite similar to CA Syllabus. If I talk about faculty and students ratio is good. The faculty is so co-operative and very educated. The teaching method of faculty is excellent. They taught like a genius. The exam were taken timely in every semester. And it's not so difficult to pass. It's depends on your studies. How do you studied in semester.

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 35000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

At that time my fees were 35000 per year. And I don't know about the hike policy. But the fees are affordable and every student can afford it. And I don't know about the scholarship program. But Delhi University gives financial assistance to reserved category students and financially weaker sections students.

Campus Life

Yes, there is a fest held in our college every year with other small celebrations. The conducted in the month of December or January. The books and journals are available in the library every time. The classroom is very good with air conditioning and projector amenities.

Admission

The addmission in Delhi University on that time in marit based. In that time if you have above 90% marks then you take admission in Delhi University. And my turn comes in 5th cut off list. You found the application form on the Official website of Delhi University. I don't about reservation benefits. Because I belongs to general category. And offcourse I want to improvement in Admission process. Delhi University have to take entrance exam before admission.

I have heard that only 1-2% of the students got placement in our college and they have average package of 7LPA and final year students are eligible for the placements held in our college.as first I will try of make my cgp good and to be selected in the interview for the placement try my best if not i will be doing further studies for my masters

A students insight on his college

Placement Experience:

Eligibility is 5th semester onwards you can get campus placement. Deloitte, TATA, nestle, other big MNC's Highest is around 20 lacs and average is around 5 lacs. 60-70 % students get places but it can be higher or lesser depending upon the crowd of students , their talents. I think I would choose a professional course like civil servant.

Placements of my college is quite ok, specially in my course the placement is good.Major students get placed. Big Companies visited our campus for placements- EY, Deloitte,Kpmg. Highest package of our college last year was 21 lakhs.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum is old and rigid, the still teach old methods and syllabus is updated very slow. But with introduction of SEC and VAC courses student have some different options which the can choose to study for their semester.

Dyal Singh College is definitely a great college!!

Placement Experience:

PWC, Icici Prudential and like wise companies which needed students for finance and accountancy roles offers placements to students. Many new startups too have started coming and this has made placements percentage shoot up in recent past.

Placement Experience:

From 8th semester students become eligible for campus placements I am not sure about the number of offers made but last year Deloitte visited the campus for recruitment. Highest package is around 11lpa plz check on Google. And average is around 5-6 lpa. Seniors told me around 30-40% of the batch gets placement. My plan is to do mba after college

It's a decent college, but better than many other colleges

Placement Experience:

Final year students(5th semester) are eligible for the placements, many famous company recruits, like Deloitte, flipkart,amazon and there's many local companies as well. The highest pakage in 2024 was 24LPA. 20-30% students gets the placement as most of the students opt for Higher studies or get into competitive exams. The jobs offered are based on your course.

Placement Experience:

After the graduation the students are Eligible for the placement and internship are provided in the same during graduation or courses. And some of the good companies which visited and made the offers. The average package of the company offered that 1 lakh approx in the placements this opportunity starts in du also now the good student can do this. Getting a 90% Above Mark's . After completing my graduation I will take admission in maters also. And also prepare the government exam's.
