Remarks

NO Placement is better than the other colleges. Mostly again, sadly in india, 80% of the people are forced to join software giants. this is lack of confidence from the students and the lack of confidence imbibed in the students by the college. India needs more core engineers and companies.

Entrance Preview

CET, Scored a rank of 4000 odd, well reputed for mechanical engineering. took all courses offered as a part of the curriculum.

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Course curriculum is not that great. We don't learn anything thats applicable in the industry. Maybe kinematics and dynamics and stuff are useful because they never change. But we never learn the latest CAd or computing methods or design technique. We need to learn more controls stuff in mechatronics and not basic stuff .

Internships Opportunities

Yes, they encourage internship. colege does not provide stipend. you're lucky if you find an internship that pays.

Campus Life

5

Gender ratio is hopelessly favored toward the men. sports is encouraged not so much with robotics and stuff. Placement is better than the other colleges. Mostly again, sadly in india, 80% of the people are forced to join software giants. this is lack of confidence from the students and the lack of confidence imbibed in the students by the college. India needs more core engineers and companies.

Hostel Facilities

5

Mess and hostel is one of the finest i've seen. Placement is better than the other colleges. Mostly again, sadly in india, 80% of the people are forced to join software giants. this is lack of confidence from the students and the lack of confidence imbibed in the students by the college. Exam Structure

exam structure is fine. Instead of examining on the text book stuff, we should be given to tackle real life problems are find solutions for the same. Placement is better than the other colleges. Mostly again, sadly in india, 80% of the people are forced to join software giants. this is lack of confidence from the students and the lack of confidence imbibed in the students by the college. Admission

CET counselling they call out your names based on your rank, you chose your preferred college based on availability! Basically, its a pretty horrible process to admit students especially, when you have reservations. All im all its a system that works to say the least.

Faculty

3.5

They are okay, we should really use more talented people and professors should invest in research. Only then can students study under them and come up with ground breaking discoveries or inventions. None of the professors are even qualified to think about research. may be they are, but I haven't seen any.

Placement Experience:

Students in my college have a very good amount of campus placements where students become eligible from the final year 7th semester however the placement cell starts training from the 1st year means 1st semester itself like training for aptitude test, coding and mock interviews. Top it companies like TCS infosys, wipro, Accenture, capgemini, cognizant, IBM, tech mahindra mind tree. The campus receives 300+ offers. The average package 8 - 10 LPA and highest package 54 LPA. Every year 90% students are placed. After my degree i am planning to higher studies in abroad.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is generally detailed and aligned with industry Expectations but there is still scope for modernisation in certain areas.Overall i would like to rate 8/10. The syllabus include both theoretical and multiple lab components which ensures hands on learning. The practical labs like programming work and project with learning help students understand how concepts are applied in real work places. A few theory heavy subjects feel outdated and no longer match the current industry demand this could be revised or replaced.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 6th semester, but the overall placement scenario in DSCE for CSE is below average. Not even 50% of students get placed in good companies. Most students end up getting offers from mass recruiters or in sales and non-tech roles. Only a small percentage of top performers get decent technical packages. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Accenture, Cognizant, and a few mid-tier companies visit the campus, but the number of high-package, core-tech roles is very limited. The average package is on the lower side compared to other top COMEDK colleges. Because of this, many students plan for higher studies, certification courses, or off-campus drives after completing the degree. The on-campus placement support definitely needs improvement, especially for technical roles.”

The students who are studying in 7th semester ( final year) are eligible for campus placements but before that in 5th semester there is pre placement training like aptitude everything. Top companies visit for placement like TCS , infosys, wipro, accenture, capegemini, IBM, techmahindra, Mindtree. Average there are 150-250 offers. Average package is 7-8 lpa. The highest package is 54 lpa at botify company. 85 % of students get placed at cse branch and ai amd ml and civil 30 - 50% . Overall 80% students gets placed. My plan is join a top product based company liek google with a good life.
