Likes

I most likes the teaching style of the college as there minimum 2 faculty for a single subject .
I secondly also liked the teaching style of college as all students are in together in lecture we got divided in batches so we can understand better .
Most awaited thing is time table of lecture as it is designed with a 60% labs and 40%lecture in a week .

Dislikes

I didn’t like that ground space is provided enough in a campus but it is not well maintained for any sports .
As in a college Drinking facility is not good enough .

Course Curriculum Overview

Aeronautical is a dream, passion, interest, and all motivation from childhood only that I want to do this only. All the faculty is good enough that we can understand and friendly that we can freely ask about the subject and experienced a minimum of 5-6 years. Teaching is done in Both the ways theory and practical on a projector that we can understand better. In one semester there is 2 written exam mid sem and end sem. And Both papers are more than medium to pass.

Internships Opportunities

As I'm in a first we didn't get internships many opportunities but we got a seminar from a very good company like GDSC, Boeing, Bolt, Different hackathons to participate in, etc. All companies come here to motivate us to do work for them and give a seminar.

Placement Experience

From the start of the Third year, we got an offer for various internships from various companies. And from last we got eligible for placement if we got any further internships. All top companies like Adani, Reliance, MG, Worley, etc. come for campus placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

Per semester fees is 37000 means per year fee is 74000. We have to give fees at a start of a sem. And as I am In my first year so there are very fewer internships and even paid internships come. There comes many seminar courses to take knowledge.

Campus Life

Per year minimum 2 fest are there Prakash and Mallhar Is mandatory every April or May. This year it is in April. This year for a theatre site was also held. The classroom is fulfilled with all facilities that students needed not that 5-star College with ac and all that but useful stuff are there like projector boards, black boards benches, and a class with ventilation.

Admission

As it is a government college under GTU, u have to apply for it. Then if we r lucky with our percentages then u gotta mail for the seat. Application held directly through the GTU website. From my side admission process is simple. But the website has many bugs as it is done with low HTML So it can be improved.

Placement of this college iss too good. When you come in 3rd you will be eligible for the placement drive. Companies like tcs, mnc, infoysis these are the come come in placement. Highest package of the university is 40 lpa and average placement is 8 lpa. 75% students got their dream job.

A real insight

Placement Experience:

The placements are really good, after the 6th sem students can opt-in for placements. tcs, motorola and other major local companies visited the campus. highest package was around 9 10 lpa and avg was around 3.1 lpa. almost all students got placed till the end of season and faculties personally help the students to get placed.

Current Details of SVIT

Honestly I targeted SVIT, because it was near by vadodara, easy to travel and timings were also good enough to get adpoted with. The fews structure and environment their is much better than other colleges. The admission process is through ACPC, vacant quota, management quota and SC/ST quota. I got admission through vacant quota after 2nd round of ACPC. The cutoff for ACPC in Computer Engineering at my admission time was 5000. And for vacanct quota it was extended to 9000 after 3rd round of ACPC . The admission process was smooth. The SVIT journey

I applied in PDPU(PDEU) and Lj university ahmedabad. I chose this college because 1) It is one of the best and renowned college inour region 2)The feels is comparatively too less.Yes my application in Nirma University(ahm) got rejected because i couldn't clear the cutoff of CSE of that college.The admission process in SVIT is simple you if youre alloted seat through ACPC or you need to visit the campus for management quota.The exams required here are 12th PCM and GUJCET or JEE.The exam most preferred here is GUJCET as it is simpler than JEE the cutoff of SVIT for CE was 7000 rank (GUJCET) this year....Read More
