Course Curriculum Overview

This course gives you the benefit of having a connection to both cse and ece departments. The faculty-student ratio is approx 1:30 . Almost all faculty members are having doctorate degrees in his/her course. A term usually takes 4.5 months and the exam is moderately hard to pass.

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 400000 per year

Placement Experience

Students are eligible for placement from the 5th sem. More than 100 companies visit including Google, amazon. Out of 587 students, 579 had at least a single offer. The highest package is 53 lakh and the average is 14.6 lakhs. More than 98% of students were placed. I plan to do an MBA after btech.

Fees and Financial Aid

Total fees for a semester are approx 2.5 lakhs which 2 lakh is tuition fees and 50 thousand is a hostel and mess with a 10% hike every year. I got an internship in my 3rd year in data science and artificial intelligence.

Campus Life

There are 3 fests, tech fest plinth, sports fest Desportivo and cultural fest vivacity. They are conducted in January and February. Almost all the books the courses are available in the library. sports facilities are really good we have courts and tracks for almost all popular sports and there is our club Sankalp which tries to bring a change in the life of people by helping the needy and educating nearby villages and mess workers.

Hostel Facilities

We are provided with a bed, and study table and the hostel is equipped with wifi. The mess is neither very good nor bad it is average. Registration is done by physically coming to the college and nearby there is nothing but an empty area so no residence is there except the hostel in the college.

Hostel Fee: INR 100000 per year

Admission

The admission is through jee mains exam. The application form is available on the website www.lnmiit.ac.in for which the fee is 2000 for boys and 1000 for girls this is other than the registration for jee mains. The application form is usually released in the month of April or May. There are no reservations in our college.

My straightforward Review of my college life

Placement Experience:

Placements in my collage are not very strong. A few companies visit, but the number is limited and the offer are also not very high . The average package is on the lower side and only a small number of students get placed through the campus. After completing my degree my plans is to continue improving my technical skills and apply for jobs outside the campus where the chances and salary packages are better.

Placement Experience:

the college provide good placement and internship opportunities and the average package stays around 12-13 lpa , almost 80% students get campus placement in good companies and the exams and eligibility process is very simple - just maintain the good cgpa with good commincation skills

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students get eligible for placements which is from 7th semester onwards companies start visiting our college. The companies visited yet are:- Appperfect - it selected 6 students Securemeter Limited - it selected 12 students. Advaiya - it selected 7 students. There are many companies which will visit campus soon. Till now Appperfect has provided a package of 5.5 lpa. The average package is of 4 lpa. The percentage of students getting placed is around 64. My plans are of higher studies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In the year 2014 & 2015, there was a huge scope for people in Computer Science Engineering. There were unlimted number of possibilities for a B.tech graduate at that time. This is why, I chose B.tech Computer Science course. The curriculum will help you to deal with the exams. If you are giving graduate level exams, you will be well guided for it by the faculty. There are no smart classes or good practicals examiner which we call lab technicians which causes everyone a havoc in the labs area. The midterms are the first monthly based exams that you'll need to give in order to pass your academics. After that, Practicals and then written exams.

Placement Experience:

IIIT Kota was initially running at the MNIT Jaipur which is under top 10 nits. IIIT Kota's placements faced a drastic decrement in placement percentage from 92% in 2021 to 74% in 2024, because the campus had shifted to kota in 2021. In 2023-2024 the number of offers was 140 and eligible students were 162, the higest package was of 65 lakh and avg was 13.09. Companies such as yamaha, jio, oyo, infosys, microsoft, samsung sds, amazon capegimini etc visits. Student not only dependent on on- campus, but should also be in touch of off-campanies, and in good approach with their senior. I will frequently keep applying for job interviews.

I applied to Thapar, IIIT Kota, IIIT Sonepat, IIIT Bhopal and BITS Pilani. Thapar has very large batch size so I did not chose it. IIIT Kota does not has a permanent campus so I rejected it, for IIIT Sonepat there has been a decrease in its value from previous decade so I rejected it. I got rejected from BITS Pilani due to low score in BITSAT. Admission process is good, only JEE Mains scores are considered and some Rajasthan Board toppers quota is there. I applied for amrita vishwa vidyapeetam coimbatore, VIT vellore and Lnmiit. I didn't get any rejection from any college. I applied for Jaypee college noida , Manipal University except lnmiit . I got confirmed admission in Jaypee . I chose lnmiit as it is ranked higher and also have a better reputation than those and is also tougher to get in . I didn't make it other colleges as my scores fell short .
