Remarks

College management needs to be more unbiased and improvise the facilities for the students to make this college a national level top college in terms of overall all parameters.

Entrance Preview

It was a regional engineering college so the entrance exam required was AIEEE. I dont remember the score exactly the reason for opting this college at that point of time was that it was one of the top engineering colleges in AIEEE also I didn't want to deviate from CS/EC stream hence within my rank this was the college perfectly suited along with NIT allahabad i end up having admission to this college as the infrastructure o this college was also better.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The course curriculum was a very decent one for my branch (electronics and communications) however i don't have anything as standard to compare with.

Internships Opportunities

No internship opportunities were available through college one has to usually search for his options himself usually no stipend as well for students we had to search and apply into companies by our own.

Placement Experience

3.5

The placements were quite better as compared to other things in college during my tenure most of the decent companies came at the campus the offers were ranging from 3 lac to 10 lac per annum companies were software giants like TCS, infosys, aricent etc to consultancy like mu sigma, ZS associates, EXL etc and PSUs (BEL, Powergrid, SAIL, DRDO etc) to core companies like, Maruti, Honda etc.

College Events

4

There were a lot of events and fest happening in our college one college level technical & cultural fest happened each year along with that, each technical branch had their own technical fest apart from this there were varios clubs there in our college which encouraged for various cultural events throughout the year.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Tution fees were semesterly 10 K approximately at our time apart from this hostel fees was separate the messes weere cooperative so the food bill was monthly which included electricity bill as well this was taken on non profit basis from us monthly.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship facility was given in college there were various scholarships available some scholarships were based on the performance of a student some were provided from the state and national government for their state meritorious candidates.

Campus Life

3

There were various events and activities organised throughout the year these activities included, literary events, culural events along with the sports events as well.

Hostel Facilities

4

The hostels were decent in first year and second year we were in triple sharing rooms however from 3rd year onwards we were given a single room which was a newly created hostel hence the rooms were pretty good.

Alumni/Alumna

There is a very good alumni network created on facebook as well now which organises its regular meetings and discusses about the welfare of alumnus and students of our college.

Exam Structure

There were semesterly exams (end sem exams) the marks were divided in internal & external (40 60 ratio) external marks were entirely from end sem exam Internal marks were decided by two best of three mid sem tests (15 marks each) and 10 marks were in hand

Faculty

3

Faculty of my branch was decent and rigid at their roles.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is successfully combined with theoretical learning and practical applications, enabling students to face both professional lives and higher studies. The majority of students enjoy its applicability. The fee is affordable, with B.Tech priced around ?92,500 per annum. Merit-based scholarships (12th-grade marks, CUET, or JEE Main) give financial assistance with up to a 100% concession for good performers. Few details are available regarding fee differentials for different categories (SC, ST, Management). Examinations are held on a regular basis, such as sessionals and end-of-semester exams. Improvement areas include more effective time management in the tests and more concentration on extracurricular activities.

Placement of the college is depriciating over the year and also i got some words of mouth that some of the top MnC like microsoft has banned this college so it is a very diosappinting for the students if it is a true rumour and also the atmosphere of the college is shaped by students itself so that is also depleting over the year i guess but the college is working on it so it would recover probably
