Course Curriculum Overview

I was interested in Brand Management hence I opted for MBA in marketing. The faculty is great in knowledge and experience. The university has compulsory attendance. Exams are conducted time and properly within the university itself.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 400000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Aditya Birla Capital was an internship I did in for 4 months No Fixed Stipend, No Proper training. They made us sell products to friends and relatives. Targets were imposed with any logic and we delivered the results. The project was done within the campus itself.

Placement Experience

You are eligible for placements from the 1st day itself. Anarock, Aditya Birla Capital, Jaro education, CCD came for placements. The highest Package was 12 lacs and min was 3.5. 80% of students got placed including me. The placements can be improved.

Fees and Financial Aid

The cost of the study is extremely high if you are not selected through Govt Cet! the management seats are dam expensive. The hostel fees are also high, though the facilities provided are decent, the fees include all the fees including the exam fees and other expenses.

Campus Life

Great Campus, with lots of tech fest and Annual Fest occurs. Excellent availability of books and E books/ notes. The library is filled with books and all the study materials. Good sports facilities and we had the option of joining the GYM also which was available inside the campus. We lot of extracurricular activities for self-development and personality development.

Admission

MAT score was required or they had their own entrance exam PASSAT, score from either was considered for eligibility. Application forms and fee details are mentioned post-eligibility. The admission process was too lengthy and had lots of un-clear details.

My MBA journey through CMR Institute of Technology

Placement Experience:

In 3rd semester is when you will be eligible for placements or internships. Therr are different companies that take initiative to come for hiring and for MBA the highest pacage was 9LPA which keeps increasing every year and the college also put alot of effort to make sure all the students gets placements. And the average package is 6 to 7 LPA and there are alomst 75% of students who get placements on how well you perform and they will also give you various training tha are given to every student which helps then in interviews and to get placed and ther is TYL program which is Tie you laces that comes with aptitude and verbal training which is important for and placements or job. And my plan is to get a good job in the most reputable company

Brief and honest Explanation about GIBS

Pgdm At JAGsom - My Honest Take

Placement Experience:

After 5th semester, We have our internship as IIP. The companies coming are namely, Blackrock, Oxane, Zepto, Informatica and more. The placements are going well for Marketing and Finance. The Highest package is 50lpa and median is 10lpa. But if you stay in top 10-20% in your batch you can get, 13-14lpa. The profiles offered are of management trainee, financial analyst, data analyst, etc. Around 60-70% of the batch gets placed, but cracking interviews for placements is in student's hand.

Life in PESU

Except PESU I applied for MCC banglore, MSRUAS banglore, Chanakya University banglore and Reva University banglore and got offer letter from all the 4 universities. I choose PESU over the other universities considering fee structure, infrastructure, curriculum, importance give to extra curricular activities, proximity to main parts for the city etc. The admission process in PES is quite simple, first we have to fill an application form, then we will be having an interview. Once we get qualified in the interview we will be asked to pay the seat blocking fee. Then after few weeks we can pay the pending amount later will have to go to the university for documents submission. Soon after few weeks the date of commencement will be emailed to the registered email id....Read More
