Course Curriculum Overview

I chose Computer Science and Engineering because I always wanted to opt for this field. Faculty to student ratio is great. There are approximately 5-10 teachers for each different subject. Most of the faculties are Master's degree holders while some even have a Ph.D. degree. There were in total 4 term exams, with mediocre difficulty followed by the semester exams.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 500000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Startups mainly come to college besides big MNCs including Amazon, TCS, WIPRO, Capgemini, Hanu, LTI, and Mindtree. Projects range from every field of engineering from Mechanical to Computer science to electrical. From Car workshop internships to Cyber security and cloud computing projects.

Placement Experience

From semester 6 they are eligible for campus placements. Companies ranging from big MNCs to startups visit the campus for placement drives. The placement % is around 70-80%. The highest package was 32LPA and the average package offered is 4-5LPA.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is the same in all the Techno Group Colleges. Pretty high for this campus as compared to the campus environment provided. Provides a good range of placement for every student personally.

Campus Life

The annual fest and tech fest are conducted in February or March each year. An ample amount of books are available for anyone that wants to study. Ranging from academics to outside books. The classrooms are pretty big but don't have an AC. Sports clubs and Range Rover clubs are part of the extracurricular activities. Google Developer Student Clubs is one prominent club in the college. And I'm the present LEAD of that club. Besides we have ACM clubs too.

Admission

The admission was through WBJEE and JEE MAINS Entrance examinations. It was through counseling. The application form can be found on their website. www.tib.edu or can be directly fetched from the college campus. The admission process was smooth with cooperation from every admission cell personnel.

Practical edge across depths

Placement Experience:

From 7 semester students become eligible for campus placements . TCS, Capgemini, EY , Amazon etc offers varies from 1-2 lpa Highest paid was 12 lpa and average is 1-2lpa According to google 90-98 % students were placed. I am planning to sit for placement and get a job

GOOD College at low fees.

Placement Experience:

Placement of my college are quite good with a avg package of 6 to 7 lpa and higest package of 45 lpa and this year the higest package is 75 lpa. The companies visited in my college are infosys, Capgemini,tcs,wipro, Mindtree,IBM, sometimes amazon also.The placement rate of the college is 85 to 95%.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the cirricullum is quite relevent and comprehensive . BTECH program especially CSE includes specializations like data sciene , cybersecurity, IOT, etc . Exams are held twice in a semester . the college could include hand on learning through workshop , industry project and interships .

our college average package is 600000 per Anum and highest package is 1800000 per Anum according to recent data. and 80% of student got placed . And wipro , windows, tcs , siemens , tata like companies come to our college for placement. Core students are also got placed but many of them goes for hihger studies.

My experience about techno

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd year onwards , students become eligible for internships and stepping in 4th yr , students get eligible for campus placement. Techno provides decent campus placements according to your marks. Good marks also with skills get you better salary. Minimum 7.5 cgpa is mandatory to have you sit for campus placements. The lowest package is 3.4 LPA and highest vary but students also get 14LPA easily. Wipro, tcs ,cap ,gemini, amazon , ibm etc.

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester student become eligible for the campus placements. Amul(GCMF) , Mother Dairy, Vidya Dairy, Bhagirathi cooperative, Wamul, ITC are the company's visited and they provide good packages according to the students work in interview. After getting the degree I would pursue my hair studies in Mtech Food Technology from IIT or go to MBA course from IIM. My main goal is to get NDRI National Dairy Research Institute which is top institute for imparting dairy and veterinary courses for MTech Dairy Technology. 70 to 80% of the students are being placed and the packages very from 20 lakh per anum to 40 lakh per annum. After getting BTech degree most of the students preferred to go for higher studies and job. Research line is open for our course. Most girls prefer higher studies and research line and most boys prefer for job.

I like my college as it is but it can be good

I choose this college cause it is near my house and one of friends recommended me. I didn't applied to other colleges cause I knew I will be get selected and the financial condition of my house is not so good. Eligibilty of the course is 60 percent in with maths in 12th and needed to sit and get a rank in wbjee .Admission process is too much sothing you have to just come in college with the required fees admission fees is approx 96,000 in first sem you can deposit it in 6 month in half half amout.And in next sem approx 85000 is needed per sem till 4 year.Admission process is easy they will cooperate with you.you can get the form in admission dpartment.Areas of improvement is mainly if fees isn't paid in 6 month then yo will not be allowed to sit in exams....Read More

Khatti Methi College Life in TIB

They give admission through wbjee and jee main exams . In wbjee your rank have to under 30000 . For CSE you rank should be under 21000 . In betech admission wbjee and jee main have their own admission portal only you have to fill up the form and which college you prefer. And you can also get admission directly with donation .
