Course Curriculum Overview

I wanted to have a career related to nature and the environment so I choose this course. It's a 3 years course where the total number of students is nearly 100 and the total faculties are 12. Teachers are well qualified to have P. HD degrees and also honored with fellowships. There are 2 midterms and 1 final paper every semester and it's quite easy to pass the exam if u only study attentively and are punctual with your assignments provided.

Fees and Financial Aid

There is no campus placement still students are getting jobs every year due to the good teaching methods. Students clear GATE, NET-JRF, UPSC(GSI), ONGC, MOIL, and BARC(AMD), every year with a good number. University also provides grants for needy students.

Campus Life

There are a lot of groups currently run by the aluminates of the department along with the current group of students. There is a club called M. Tech Students Society (MSS) where seniors and teachers help in grooming new students in every way as he is a future officer. The library is big and helps provide all the books.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facility is quite good. It holds the memories of many of our Alluminai who got placed in respected institutions. The rent of the hostel is less than 300 per month and food accommodation may cost 2400 per month. One can get a bed, table, chair, and cupboard with fans and lights. The meal is overall good. If anyone wanted a room Or pg then they can find it near gopalganj, civil line areas nearby with average 2500 per month.

Admission

Admission comes under CUET. The admission process is very fair and they conduct entrance examinations for all India levels where people from different corners of India come here every year to pursue their M. Tech degree.

The IT course here offers 2 tracks or specializations, one is in "smart mobility systems engineering" and the other is "intelligent information systems engineering". Placement Experience:

The placement starts coming at the end of 6th sem or beginning of 7th. You can expect around 15-20 companies to visit. Recently there have been visits by carwale, quantiphi, cognizant, Cape Gemini, Infosys, Kfintech, TCS. All of them had their packages in the range 6-8 lpa. Highest packages reach around 20LPA for a handful of students as one of a good company might visit Like Intuit, Zscaler, Deustche Bank While obviously some students crack off camps and recieve even better options 60-70 percentage of students can get placed here My plans are doing Masters incase I don't get a good enough job.

There are lots of student apply for placements once in a time few got placed but company like tsc capgemeni took mass hiring from college. In 7 or 8 semesters students was allowed to sit in placemnet. Studnets are placed in company got joinning in short perioud of time abd they also provide offer letter to them.
