About BTIRT
Babulal Tarabai Institute of Research and Technology (BTIRT) is a private engineering college located at Sironja in Sagar district of Madhya Pradesh. It was established by Little Star Educational Society, Sagar in 2008. It is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi Technological University Bhopal.
- College offers undergraduate degree in engineering in five disciplines, a MBA program and MCA program.
- All the courses are approved by AICTE and DTE Govt. of MP. It is also an ISO 9001:2008 Certified Institution
- The mission of the BTIRT is to be one of the leading technical institutes disseminating globally acceptable education, effective industrial training and relevant research output

Admission Procedure:
- Admissions to undergraduate and post graduate courses are governed by DTE, Govt. of MP through entrance exam
- After the entrance examination DTE organizes off campus counseling session for the allotment of seats.
Placement: BTIRT has a well-functioning training and placement cell which organizes continuous training sessions, industrial visits and on campus placement drives for BTIRT students. Some of the main recruiters that has collaboration for placement with the college are- Airtel, Concierge Technologies, JIBJIT, Sonalika International, Dreamz –I etc.
Facilities: BTIRT provides all the necessary facilities to the engineering students. Some of them are mentioned below-
- Library: Large number of books, periodicals, video cassettes and CD-ROMs are available in the BTIRT library. The library is fully computerized and CDNET facilities are to be developed very soon. Library has also been subscribed to access all AICT approved journals and magazines.
- Hostels: BTIRT provides girls’ hostel with accommodation capacity of 40 students, all rooms are well furnished and provided all the basic requirements of pro education environment. The hostel is having 24/7 internet facility with computers.
Scholarship: The College provides following scholarships to the eligible students-

- Government of MP Scholarships
- BTIRT Special Scholarships (Adhoc merit grants).

The eligibility of this college is graduate in any stream and the process of administration of this college from to mode first is offline and other is online and the application fee of this college is affordable

- the faculty was very supportive and gave hand holding support in practicals
- the campus was very beautifull and the garden and mess were very well maintained

- there were almost no sports activity except for the soprts day
- there was lesser interaction between students and teacher
Admission:
There was no specific requirement for the course but they offer a deduction in fees if the student has opted for JEE mains. I got the application form from the college itself. Students get scholarship depending on the caste they belong to, the students from SC and ST gets free admission.

Firstly reason behind Choosing the Course is my interest towards the Engineering and the Electronics devices,secondary some of my Elders also suggested me the same.From the beginning my academics are pretty good.Faculties are already helpful for your Studies.

Course curriculum is not updated but library is full of new books and knowledgeable books, faculties are well qualified and always encourage us to do things out of the box. Yes we visited to industrial tour near bhopal. Dr. Jayant dubey is best faculty he is head of department.
Admission:
College management was good and will support each and every student. They will help you out of every problem if you will reach to them but if you can't they will not be able to do so.

Moderate Some faculty and staff are teaching very good and other faculty are doesn't have sufficient knowledge of teaching experience so overall there are moderate teaching facelity and there is no instrument for experiment!!
Course Curriculum Overview:
Course structure is as per as RGPV guideline and all focus of faculty member is in maintaining attendance in class room.there is no interest in faculty to teach student. They want to anyhow pass there and student time form 9:30 am to 4 pm . Course is very nicely designed and as per market demand.

BTIRT Sagar does not offer B.Ed. course to the students. There are only Technology and Engineering related courses offered in the institute.
