About OIMT

Ojaswini Institute of Management & Technology (OIMT) was established in 2007 and it is run by Ojaswini Samdarshi Nyas. OIMT is a pioneer in engineering education in the Bundelkhand region and in Madhya Pradesh as a whole. Ojaswini values learning as a way of life and promotes critical thinking and intellectual curiosity. The college campus is spread in 15 acres in land.

Facilities:

Library	Library has more than 10000 text books and reference books.
Computer Lab	Institute has 300 systems with latest hardware configuration and all necessary software.
Canteen	There are all two well-furnished neat and hygienic canteens. One is in Civil Mech. Block B and CSE- EC Block A of 185 sq. ft. each.
Hostel	Institute offers hostel facility for boys and girls separately with 200 students in each. The hostel has 4 floors and each floor has 14 three bedded rooms and 2 two bedded rooms and few single rooms.
Sports	The college has playground for outdoor games like cricket, hockey, football, basketball and indoor games like badminton, table tennis court. There are a swimming pool, track and stadium
Drawing Hall	There are 2 Drawing Halls of 200 sq. mts. each with 90 drawing desks & design models.

My experience

Admission:

Admission is based on merit and admission procedure prescribed by the admission committee of the college. The admission procedure is both online and as well as offline. For online you can apply through the college website. And for offline admission, you have to go to college. College is now known by the name Eklavya University. It is an engineering and management college. College is good for students of Damoh and nearby villages and towns. The curriculum of my course which is Bachelors of Civil Engineering is nice here. Colleg infrastructure is also new. Eklavya University has 12 schools under it and provides about 100 courses and combinations. They are now conducting online classes because of pandemics. For admission in this course, they also look for your JEE mains marks.

The OIMT, Damoh offers the BTech in Civil engineering course. Aspirants seeking admission to the 4-year Full-time Bachelor of Engineering [BE] Program should meet the following criteria as specified by the institute.

Academic Requirement:

Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/Technical subject as third subject. The candidate must have a combined aggregate minimum of 45% marks in these subjects.
In the case of a reserved category candidate, 5% relaxation will be provided.
