Course Curriculum Overview

3

I have a passion to build my career as a design engineer for the major projecta of Airbus. Faculty: Student ratio is nearly 4:7 as the faculty for our branch was limited in its strength as compared to the number of students. Most of the faculties were from reputed colleges like IITs and government engineering colleges. The teaching method was fine but it can be more specific with the industry-level knowledge. The term exams happen after every four months and the difficulty level was moderate.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees hike policy of the University was too high for the mid-level income grade students as the penalty for late fees is unaffordable and the cost to study is somewhat costlier than other colleges. I got a job at Rexus Technologies Pvt. Ltd. where I completed an internship in aeromodelling.

Campus Life

2.5

The annual fest happens in the month of October and the tech fest occurs in the mid of August. There are plenty of books and journals available in the library. Classrooms are provided with digital whiteboards and ACs. Annual Sports included cricket and football match for the students. There is a club group for the students which runs for social needs.

Admission

The eligibility criteria for the course are 10+2 level in the Science branch. The application form is available on the University website the fee for the form is Rs 250 and the application date begins to form month of September. The admission fees can be kept lower than expected and the duration of the admission procedure can be shorter in duration.

Other Applied Colleges

Lovely Professional University - [LPU] | Bachelor of Technology [B.Tech] (Computer Science and Engineering)

I didn't want to build my career as an IT professional and due to few acquaintances in the location of Jalandhar

The Electrical Engineering course curriculum is quite comprehensive, covering key areas like circuit analysis, electronics, and power systems, which has well-prepared me for real-world applications, although incorporating more hands-on projects and industry insights could further enhance its relevance.

The campus scenario is improving day by day but it is not still upto the mark. Many companies come for hiring but most of which offer only average package of 4LPA which is very less compared to other colleges. Highest package ranges from 8-10 LPA.

The placement are very good here. I have joined recently so yah I don't know much about the highest and average placement of the institute. The highest percentage among all is from mechanical. The students of mechanical engineering had a higher percentage of jobs as compared to other branches. I will do M.Tech after my B.Tech.
