IIM Vizag

The course curriculum is right from IIM Bangalore as they were our mentors during the early founding years. So it is at par with ABC and requires you and trains you to think in top most way possible. The student ratio for our batch is around 70 to 30. Which faculty to student ratio is very good. The professors are really well and highly educated and experienced. The timeline of exams and every lecture and the important academic session is followed to the T.

There was a fee hike for the 2022-24 batch of PGP, as we moved to the new campus. the fee hike is quite big though not extreme. Facilities against the fee are quite comparable and not bad. The scholarship is available and many students who are eligible have got help and we saw it ourselves. Thus financial assistance is followed and implemented quite well.

The annual fest was pretty amazing, Though other activities do need time and money as IIMV is baby IIM. The library is quite okay but the new library in construction will be the best across IIMs as we are seeing it happening. Amenities are word class no doubt about it. Sports facilities are not on par with other IIMs. All the clubs imaginable are operated and properly in IIMV

The best part of IIMV is its campus. AC is available in every room. Provisions are quite nice and due to the ew campus, it's only going to improve from already good level. Mess is quite good on 3 days of Non-veg, it's also good sometimes but then other times. it's manageable and sometimes it's not. But that's the story of any IIM

The admission process for IIMV was quite smooth. Complete criteria for selection for every category are mentioned in their selection process brochure and notices which are published on their college website. It also includes fee structure and curriculum information. I couldn't find any gap whatsoever in the information available. Rather I would also add that the college had its own helpline call facility to help students clear their pressing doubts during the hectic admission process.
