In this college we have different club like sargam, Rotaract, tech club this clubs built my curriculum activities and the tech club built my robotics experience.
In college campus we can see the garden , canteen named delicious and everywhere we get the fastest wifi . Infrastructure are good.

Dislikes

All facilities are available in college so you have nothing to dislike it.

Course Curriculum Overview

I personally choose this course because it built my carrier and knowledge. The teacher and faculty members are well-educated and very helpful. they teach us a very simple way and if you have any doubts they solved this.

In this college when you passed the 4th semester then you are eligible to apply for internship and placement. Many students get internships in their dream companies like TCS, Wipro, Capgemini, Amazon, swiggy, and many more.

In 6th semester the students are also eligible for campus placement and also eligible for internship. The companies like TCS, Wipro, Capgemini and many more companies visit our college campus.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of any stream is a different but the minimum fee for every stream is 400000 in my stream csbs( computer science and business systems) fees are 500000. All scholarships ar provide in our college like svmcm, sitaram Jindal, and many more.

Campus Life

The biggest fest in our college is Paridhi. In our library available all books in our syllabus related and extra books are also available. we organized the sports like football, cricket, and many more games.

Admission

The eligibility for the course is given the joint entrance examination and direct entry is also available in our college. the application form will be given through our joint entrance website the fees are different for all steam its minimum fee is 400000 rupees.

IIT KGP: The kgpian way

Placement Experience:

4 yr btech students are eligible for cdc internship from the starting of their 3rd yr(5th sem) and for placement 7th sem. 5 yr dual degree students are eligible for cdc internship from the starting of 4th yr(7th sem) and for placement 9th sem. So many different profile companies came for placements like amazon, google, ibm, apple, l&t, wipro, infosys, texas intrument, etc. Highest package was 3cr and average is about 20-25 lakhs. Insightful Review - Revealing about campus life and academics.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from 7th semeter. Companies visited till now are : tejes - 9lpa, keysite - 7lpa, streebo - 5lpa and a few other product based companies with average pakage offered about 3lpa. Higest pakage - salesforce (32 lpa) off campus, keysite (7lpa) on campus. Last year 60% of total students from final year got placed. My plans is to purusue a higher degree as placement scene of your college is not that great and also i have intrest in ai/ml so i want to study future and dive more deep into its concepts

The course curriculum is not that different from other colleges. At the beginning or 1 st semester we are made to complete the bridge course which basically includes stuff we read in classes 11 and 12. But then also they can't teach properly the already read topics.

Good college

The college is very good at everything except that it has a little small campus and average placement. The wifi problem was solved too this year thanks to our new director. Overall the college management is very good. MSIT is currently the only ragging-free college in Kolkata.
