Entrance Preview

The easily availability of information regarding the admission drew my attention and filled the form for the admission. The online application was very easy to fill and upload the form.

Course Curriculum Overview

There was no problem with the sourse structure as it is approved one. The practicability aspect of the course was satisfactory. The academic calendar had reflection of of the gravity of the subject.

Placement Experience

The placement division was able to provide placement for the deserving candidates. The MNCs used to visit for campus placement. I had got my job through it The cell is good.

College Events

The emphasis on academic events were compensating for academic achievement. The debate and seminar were very informative one. The cultural events very very enjoying.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The tuition fee of ₹30,000 per year was very attractive one as no loan was required. But the quality of education was not compromised as the fees amount suggested. The education level was very high.

Campus Life

The campus life was very pleasant as the weather condition used to be very good. The students from other students were very good. The life used to be very inspirational.

Faculty

The faculties are very cordial and teaches well. They followed each student for their academic achievement. In case of some difficulties they were very helpful. No problem with them.

Things to Know about Uttaranchal University before admission.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement are quite bad as only a few companies come to our college for placement drive . Students becomes eligible for campus placement from the 3rd year onwards . Companies visited like TCS , HCL and some other not much popular companies visited but this year placement is very low . Our college also fake advertising about the placement they advertise the interships also as placements. 10 to 20 percent in BTech CSE are getting only Placement. I don't know what I will do after getting degree but currently I am doing a side by side diploma from IIT Roorkee to get some extra knowledge and skill improvement for better placements.

GEU and CSE ho hand in hand!

Placement Experience:

LTI, Polaris, Deloitte, Infosys, Oracle, Nvidia and what not are there for placements here. Even the Fintech and finance companies like the Axis Bank, Shri Ram Capital Finance and all are here. Thus, placements worth 10-50 lakhs is quite possible at GEU.

Geu provides best intenrships!

Placement Experience:

In GEU placements are like such that we don't have to bother at all. We are approached by placements cell in the 5th semester and then are trained for the whole month and then university urges us to go for internships to have the required exposure and have a CV which can impress the recruiters first hand. Thus, we get placement which median as of now is 8.5 lakhs.

Placement Experience:

McKinsey, Oracle, NVIDIA, Google, TCS, Deloitte and many more come here for placements. Around 15-20 students in 2025 had placements worth over 40 lakhs and four students managed to grab placements worth 50 lakhs or more.
