Entrance Preview

The entrance was as per JEE Main ranking in the institute. The fees and quality of education was attractive to apply in this college. The admission was very easy and quick. It was different world.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course was approved and pose no problem in perusing it further. I was equal among the rest in other costly colleges. All industries suitable source was very attractive.

Placement Experience

The placement was good as it attracted MNCs to the campus to hire students for the employment. The competent students were getting selected successfully.

College Events

The events were suitable for the upliftement of student's knowledge. The essential event were being organised on yearly basis giving student a academic sense of achievement.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The meager fee amount of ₹30,000 per year was dam good to study in such college. There were nothing lacking in quality of knowledge given by the institute. No loan was needed.

Campus Life

The scenic beauty and suitable climate condition was compelling factor to enjoy the campus life there. The industrious students were source of good experience to remain competitive.

The faculties were very hard working and able to impart the essence of syllabus to students. They were very pursuant of students to study harder and harder to compete.

Things to Know about Uttaranchal University before admission.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement are quite bad as only a few companies come to our college for placement drive . Students becomes eligible for campus placement from the 3rd year onwards . Companies visited like TCS , HCL and some other not much popular companies visited but this year placement is very low . Our college also fake advertising about the placement they advertise the interships also as placements. 10 to 20 percent in BTech CSE are getting only Placement. I don't know what I will do after getting degree but currently I am doing a side by side diploma from IIT Roorkee to get some extra knowledge and skill improvement for better placements.

GEU and CSE ho hand in hand!

Placement Experience:

LTI, Polaris, Deloitte, Infosys, Oracle, Nvidia and what not are there for placements here. Even the Fintech and finance companies like the Axis Bank, Shri Ram Capital Finance and all are here. Thus, placements worth 10-50 lakhs is quite possible at GEU.

Geu provides best intenrships!

Placement Experience:

In GEU placements are like such that we don't have to bother at all. We are approached by placements cell in the 5th semester and then are trained for the whole month and then university urges us to go for internships to have the required exposure and have a CV which can impress the recruiters first hand. Thus, we get placement which median as of now is 8.5 lakhs.

Placement Experience:

McKinsey, Oracle, NVIDIA, Google, TCS, Deloitte and many more come here for placements. Around 15-20 students in 2025 had placements worth over 40 lakhs and four students managed to grab placements worth 50 lakhs or more.
