SKNCOE overall review

The course curriculum is implemented by SPPU for over 90 colleges and it is very in touch with the new updates and basic requirements for stepping into the job phase. Computer Engineering (engineering in general) course is very realistic and practical in execution aspect so I opted for this course. A basic batch compromises 23 students at Max which are managed by 1 teacher for practicals so that students' and teachers' communication gap is less and can coordinate well. 2 teacher guardians are also appointed for a while division comprising of 60-70 students. All the faculty members are at least post-graduated and some have done their PhD teaching is done in such a way that even a novice can easily understand.

The college provides Internship opportunities for all students. YBI for data analyst, IBM for Cyber security, Microsoft for cloud computing or AI, and Oasis for web development among many others, the stipend is provided depending upon the company and your performance and role. There is a minor and major projects where a minor project consists of substantial work and is individual in nature and working. A major project is a teamwork and hand on industrial experience project.

From the third year 2nd semester the placement program is started. The prime companies to visit our Microsoft, Cognizant, Infosys, IBM, TCS, Capgemini, NVIDIA etc. The highest package is 21 lakhs and the Average is 5-6 lakhs. Almost 80-85% are placed each year with the number growing each year. Future plans are to work in my dream company after placement.

Fees structure is 1Lakh per year with a substantial hike every few years. The college also provides immense scholarships and financial aid to unprivileged kids or those in dire need. Campus placement drives are of immense help and the placement is quite good if you prepare and work hard.

Campus Life is very much enriched by the care and efforts taken by the college. The campus, the infrastructure, and the various buildings for each department provide a completely different atmosphere. Karandak is the annual fest hosted each year around March and it is a major attraction amongst all. Internet along with research paper access and computers, newly published books and journals are available. All the necessary amenities are present for student and teacher comfort. There is more than 1 large-scale ground for sports life. Many inter-departmental and inter-college matches are held to boost sportsmanship. There are many clubs managed by students such as robotics club, motorsport club, Ecell, ACR, NSS etc

Application process was streamlined into various sections so as to make everything effortless and least bit confusing. Staffs and faculty were ready to help and guide thorugh the minute of details. Eligibility was on the basis of MHT CET score as well as JEE score. Application dates were specified prior to a definite period so that we would have no confusion or disarry regarding documents and everything. Application form was provided by teacher who were prudent to engage and help. Application fees were to be deposited in the account section in the office which provided option for UPI, cheque,DD etc.
