Course Curriculum Overview

The main purpose for choosing this course is that I have a business background related to this course. So I want to continue the business. The faculties are sufficient in the university to maintain student-teacher coordination. The faculties are good and have almost Ph.D. degrees or masters. The exam is conducted on a semester basis.

Placement Experience

The students are eligible for campus placement only after completing the last semester of their respective courses. Some companies that visited the campus are Mahindra, TCS, Wipro, HCL, Apollo, etc. The highest package was about 16.7 lakhs and the lowest was near about 2.89 lakhs. The average number of students who got placement is about 40%. After the completion of the degree, I'll be running my family business which is related to my course.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee hike policy is not too much bad there because after my taking admission to this university there is no change in fees happened. Currently, I'm not benefitted from any scholarships or financial assistance.

Campus Life

The annual function is organized every year on campus. The library is full of various books and journals with a big sitting capacity. Amenities are good in the classroom in my point of view. Annual Sports fest is currently going on at the University in which many sports programs are organized. Social groups in the college are NCC and NSS.

Admission

To be eligible for the course you have to be passed in the 12th standard with the mandatory subjects physics chemistry and biology. You can find the application form in the admission council hall or you can do it all online through the admission counselor. The admission process is very smooth nothing needs to be changed in that.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I really like this course and the advancement it's doing in present life . This course is quite demanding in present generation. The curriculum includes practical related to modern technology using living organisms for for human welfare for present and future generations. There are also seminars and webinars quite often . However the equipments are quite limited as the class strength is quite large due to which not all students get access to perform practical. Semester exam basically have 2 internals having a gap of two months each and then the final exam.the difficulty of exam is from easy to moderate.

The course is the only side option of bio students other than this there only left professional courses one cannot avail for other courses the competition is professional courses is very high sadly I can't afford those due to financial issues only the riches can afford to be dr. Not the poores so I take this course the good part is it's not tough it's easy and can be done with less education

Good Package Matters Skills

Placement Experience:

When student are in final year they are eligible for placements with average package upto 3LPA. Placement companies visit like: ICICI Bank, Induslnd Bank, Nilon, Wipro, IIFL, Godrej etc. Percentage of student getting placement is 70% due to high competitions if you have skills then your placement is assured but in this field most of them hold placement who pursue BCA with good and avg. package. And I plan for MCA in future from NIT.

Life at science college Raipur

Course Curriculum Overview:

I opted for a BSc in mathematics with computer science as one of the core subject. As the computer is highly demanded subject for placements. Faculties are not that good, some professors are good but some are very rude and doesn't even teach well. Fcaulty student ratio is very low. Almost around all faculty members have Phd degree so they all are very experienced. They teach well and clear doubt. But few teachers don't teach well so it depends on your luck which teacher you get. Semester exams take place in every six months, studying for semester exams is not difficult, study your class notes and do past 5-7 years paper whole heartedily and you will ace the exams. Yes but checking of the answer sheets is very strict so make sure you write well.

Remarks:

You will love college being student. As student you may get irritated with lesa no of leavea and strict dicipline. It is no 1 colleges in medical streams. Feel very hard leaving the campus. Managment is very friendly.

Great Life at Kalinga!

I applied for Amity University, Raipur but read some negative reviews and also they didn't provide online classes that's why I dropped the idea.
