Honest Review for IITD

This was the most practical course I have heard of and I was excited to study this so I opted for this one. Faculty here are graduated from top renowned colleges in World. There are two minor exams and one major one. It,s a bit difficult but if you listen properly in class you will find it easy.

You can apply for an Internship through OCS portal only and also you can apply for various projects under professors of IIT Delhi or anywhere out. In Our college there is SURA (Student research award) in which you can do a project and eligible for a award on your own. To appy for this, you have to be in 4th semester and having CGPA > 7.7.

There is on campus placement. You can register on portal of OCS IITD and you can apply to various company, submit resume and give entrance exams and all the shortlisting processs. Average package is around 9-11 LPA and there are many students who get placement outside India and also 1 cr + package.

If your income is more than 5 LPA tution fees is about 2 lakhs per year, you can also avail yourself of various scholarships. There are a lot many scholarships available for students who score well in their courses. You can also avail for state scholarships if your jee mains rank is good and if your state provides so.

Campus life is quite exciting here as compared to other colleges. There are various events occurring frequently. The annual fest occurs between march and April and the tech fest also occurs in the same month before the cultural fest. If you are in lve with books you can enjoy a fest: Literati and also go anytime to the library, grab a book, and read it. If you are in love with sports there's a lot to do. Also you can participate in Inter IIT sports meet.

The rooms are not that good but if we see the price it,s quiet affordable. Also mess is in hostel only so you don't have to travel much. The mess food is good but sometimes they mess it up. When you take admission you can select if you want hostel or not.

To be eligible you have to be a student opting Mathematics and science in 11th and 12th and there are two exams : JEE Mains and Advanced. You can find the application form from oppicial sites. If you are an OBC, SC or ST you can also avail benefit and there is also 20% reservation for female students.
