Internships opportunities

I had done an internship in the HR domain so wanted to ho in the HR area only that is why I chose the PGDMHR course. The faculty is nice and really helpful. We have a trimester system here. We have one midterm and one end term in a semester and also quizzes, and assignments happen throughout the semesters.

We have a two-month summer internship program which is compulsory and is to be done after the completion of the first year. A good number of opportunities are provided for the summer internship. We have also live projects which give an opportunity to students to explore and add to their development.

The fee for one year is approx 10 lakhs but the college does provide financial assistance to students depending on the family income. The ROI is decent and the college is also located in the capital so one can opt for this college.

We have Kritva which is the annual sports management and cultural fest. There is also the management conclave Conventus. There are many clubs, committees and societies one can go to and all these are run by students.

The communication from the college was very clear and timely. I took CAT, one can take the XAT exam also. After the entrance exams, the shortlisted students were called for the interview process which consisted of personal interviews and extempore.

We had an interview which consisted of personal interview and extempore. The interview will go for 20-30 minutes. As I had chosen HR so most of the questions revolved around why I chose this specific field and about the internship.
