Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course to learn from the best of the best. The faculty-student ratio is around 1:40. Faculties are well qualified and they have done their post-graduation and phd from reputed institutions like IIT. The exam used to happen twice in a particular semester. The first one happens in the mid of the semester and they are called as mid sem exams and the last one happens are end sem exams which happen at the end of the semester. In between, there are quizzes and assignments also. If you will study seriously and during your entire semester then you can easily score good marks.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 300000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Companies for summer interns for the 3rd year students and the roles offered are software engineer intern, data analyst intern, etc. Also, companies come for internships for the final year students where students go to internships for 6 months and it is called slip.

Placement Experience

Students can sit for placements from the 7th sem i.e from the final year of their graduation. A lot of good companies visit here like amazon, google and also a lot of good startups. Almost all the students get placed. The average package is around 12 lakhs.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees usually increase every year by 10%. So the total fees for btech in lnmiit is around 15-16 lakhs. Students get scholarships such as BPL and many others. Companies come on campus for recruitment and they offer a decent amount of packages.

Campus Life

Social life is very good on campus. There are a lot of extracurricular activities that happen in college so different clubs are made for singing, dancing, drama, etc. A lot of sports activities also take place, library facilities are also good and a lot of good books to read.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel facility is good with proper 2 seaters or 1 seater room for both boys and girls. There are different hostels for girls and boys. There is a proper air conditioning facility also the food provided is very hygienic.

Hostel Fee: INR 100000 per year

Admission

I gave jee in 2019 and cleared it on the first attempt and got the rank of 60000 and percentile around 94. So according to it, I got Mechanical Engineering at LNMIIT and the cut was around 93 percentile for getting mechanical at LNMIIT. You can find the application form on the college website only. No reservation Benefits at LNMIIT. As such no improvement is needed.

My straightforward Review of my college life

Placement Experience:

Placements in my collage are not very strong. A few companies visit, but the number is limited and the offer are also not very high . The average package is on the lower side and only a small number of students get placed through the campus. After completing my degree my plans is to continue improving my technical skills and apply for jobs outside the campus where the chances and salary packages are better.

Placement Experience:

the college provide good placement and internship opportunities and the average package stays around 12-13 lpa , almost 80% students get campus placement in good companies and the exams and eligibility process is very simple - just maintain the good cgpa with good commincation skills

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students get eligible for placements which is from 7th semester onwards companies start visiting our college. The companies visited yet are:- Appperfect - it selected 6 students Securemeter Limited - it selected 12 students. Advaiya - it selected 7 students. There are many companies which will visit campus soon. Till now Appperfect has provided a package of 5.5 lpa. The average package is of 4 lpa. The percentage of students getting placed is around 64. My plans are of higher studies.

In the year 2014 & 2015, there was a huge scope for people in Computer Science Engineering. There were unlimted number of possibilities for a B.tech graduate at that time. This is why, I chose B.tech Computer Science course. The curriculum will help you to deal with the exams. If you are giving graduate level exams, you will be well guided for it by the faculty. There are no smart classes or good practicals examiner which we call lab technicians which causes everyone a havoc in the labs area. The midterms are the first monthly based exams that you'll need to give in order to pass your academics. After that, Practicals and then written exams.

Placement Experience:

IIIT Kota was initially running at the MNIT Jaipur which is under top 10 nits. IIIT Kota's placements faced a drastic decrement in placement percentage from 92% in 2021 to 74% in 2024, because the campus had shifted to kota in 2021. In 2023-2024 the number of offers was 140 and eligible students were 162, the higest package was of 65 lakh and avg was 13.09. Companies such as yamaha, jio, oyo, infosys, microsoft, samsung sds, amazon capegimini etc visits. Student not only dependent on on- campus, but should also be in touch of off-campanies, and in good approach with their senior. I will frequently keep applying for job interviews.

I applied to Thapar, IIIT Kota, IIIT Sonepat, IIIT Bhopal and BITS Pilani. Thapar has very large batch size so I did not chose it. IIIT Kota does not has a permanent campus so I rejected it, for IIIT Sonepat there has been a decrease in its value from previous decade so I rejected it. I got rejected from BITS Pilani due to low score in BITSAT. Admission process is good, only JEE Mains scores are considered and some Rajasthan Board toppers quota is there. I applied for amrita vishwa vidyapeetam coimbatore, VIT vellore and Lnmiit. I didn't get any rejection from any college. I applied for Jaypee college noida , Manipal University except lnmiit . I got confirmed admission in Jaypee . I chose lnmiit as it is ranked higher and also have a better reputation than those and is also tougher to get in . I didn't make it other colleges as my scores fell short .
