Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because I love coding and I have interest in computer and technology.the faculty are well equipped and trained and they provide you valuable teaching and student ratio is 40:20 the qualification of faculty is good and they teach in very easy method.the term exam were on time and it was moderate level to pass.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 333000 per year

Internships Opportunities

I got internship from tcs as a site developer with fifteen thousand rupees stipend.the projects which were given toe was develop a site for educational institute so their students can easily study through their institute the outcomes were very good.

Placement Experience

From the sixth semester the students become eligible for campus placements.name of companies that visited us are tcs,cognizant,Wipro and HCl.the highest package offered is seven lakh and average package is three lakh.around 75 percent students gets placements.after getting the degree I want to do job.

Fees and Financial Aid

Usually the fees of the college does not increase every year and it increases every two or three years and I got Swami Vivekananda scholarship with sixty thousand per year and ajob in tcs with stipend 20000 per month

Campus Life

The annual fest is conducted in December and tech fest is conducted in October we get free books from the library for our semester we every year organise cricket ,football ,badminton and volleyball tournament.we have dance club ,green club and health club

Admission

You have to give either wbjee or jee main then only you are eligible for the course.you can find the application form,fees and dates on college website.there are no reservations.it takes a little time so it would be better if it is done quicker.

Reality of IIT KGP

Placement Experience:

Placements depends on your skills Usually there is a compulsory internship at the end of 3rd year If you didnt get it via college you should do it from outside but its compulsory And at the end of 4th year you get placement. Placemeng isnt 100% . If you have the skill you will get placed thats the criteria.many people say you are in IIT your life is sorted .but that aint the reality

Placement Experience:

The students can apply for internship via Career Development Centre in the beginning of their pre final Year. they can go for off campus intern whenever they want. Most of the goo companies would come and mostly for software finance consulting etc. The placements start in the second last semester as far as i know. The competition for placement is getting really high these days

Course Curriculum Overview:

I read in CSE(AIML) AI ML perspective and couse curriculam inluenced me to admit in college. Teachers often make real-world applications gor any pariculatr topic. I think more practical based an implement based curriculam should be added rather than more theorital subs. Most case college is form 9am -5 pm Like (9-5 job) .

NIT DURGAPUR - A Detailed Breakdown

Placement Experience:

Students generally start getting their pre-placement offers from their 3rd year after completion of their internships other students gets their placement too in their final year. Starting from Apple to Google and Microsoft too hired some of our senior but the number of the students get placed in those tech giant companies is very less but there are mass recruiters too like TCS infosys PW chaitanya education TATA steel BHARAT petroleum and many other companies the offers are made based upon the eligibility of the students and the packages are decided based on the skillset and experience of the students . Highest package was 70 LPA this year and the average packages are also pretty good based upom the companies and their offers it ranges from 15-30 LPA .Almost 80-83% students gets placed but it depends on the branch of the students and their skillsets.I want to sit for GATE exam after completion of my BTech and want to persue MTech

SURTECH REVIEW

Course Curriculum Overview:

The university is MAKAUT so the curriculum is up to the mark. I liked Programming so I chose B.TECH in CSE. The curriculum is very basic in terms of practical world problem though they are building blocks, but you need to do the extra bit of work to qualify for the real world scenarios. I think more mandatory projects integrated with current set of skills would be a cherry on top. Exams are very frequent like every 3-4 months there is a semester exam and they are moderately difficult.

Remarks:

Placement for IT streams is very good but not good for the core stream. Infrastructure and campus beauty are very good. Faculty are average. Canteens are slightly costly but foods are ok. Hostel and Transport facilities are available.
