Course Curriculum Overview

As I was from BCA I had an interest in computers so I opted for a master of computer science. There are about 20 faculty and about 120 students which is enough to manage. The teaching method is good and the faculty is well-educated.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 93000 per year

Internships Opportunities

As one gets places one will be offered intership opportunities where one can learn about the work and get to experience the work life and how things get done in the companies. Also, the stipend is given at the internship

Placement Experience

Placement training is given from the 1st semester and for MCA placement starts from the middle of the 1st-semester Placement training is given and also coding tests are conducted to improve skills.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is 58470 for KCET and the college fee is 33000 but there is also a scholarship from SSP where depending upon the category the percentage of the amount is issued. The fee structure of management seats is 2-2.5 lakhs.

Campus Life

Every week events are conducted and even there are clubs in all departments and also inter-department events are conducted. There are also flip classes conducted and sports events conducted. Inter-college sports activities are also conducted

Admission

Eligibility to join mca is you should either have a degree in BCA or BSC in computer sciences. There are management seats as well as KCET seats. KCET fee is 58470 and the college fee is 35000. The admission process was quick and smooth

Students at RNSIT generally become eligible for campus placements from third semester of the MCA program. Training like soft skills , coding sessions , resume building. Companies : TCS , INFOSYS , WIPRO

Great learning experience at RNSIT

Course Curriculum Overview:

The MCA curriculumis relevant and covers programming, databases, AI/ML and software development. it prepares students for industry through practical learning. Exams are held regularly with moderate difficulty.

Balanced Experience with Academics and Career Growth

Likes

The teachers are highly knowledgeable and experienced in their respective subjects. They explain concepts clearly and are always approachable for doubts.
Each student as a mentor who provides academic support, career advice and help us succeed in our goals.
Frequent guest lectures, hackathons, and workshops that are very useful as they provide exposure to real-world concept.

Dislikes

There are comparatively fewer extracurricular activities offered in the college.

Placement Experience:

Placements in the college are decent, especially for MCA students who actively build their skills. The college provides placement training from earlier semesters, including aptitude test, coding practice, and mock interviews which helps in preparation.

Professors are highly qualified, approachable, and supportive.
Average packages for MCA students are around 4-5 LPA
Well maintained labs, classrooms, and library

Dislikes

While placements are good, more tie-ups with product-based companies and startups could improve opportunities
Some of us feel the syllabus could be modernized faster to match industry trends
Admission and office related processes are time consuming

Placement Experience:

RNSIT MCA placements are good. Students become eligible from second semester, with average packages around 4-5 LPA. Over 50 companies visit in a year, offering roles in software development, data analysis, and IT services.

Remarks:

I think only positive remarks on my college,but regarding to hostels they are too much expensive and are suitable only for rich students.College will give best education.negetive remarks are not important.

Admission:

First write KAT exam get the score card give the documents with original score card to the college almost around 85% of the student gets placed each year . Every year almost 40-50 companies visit these companies may range from a start up to a mac company getting a job should be from our talent though chances would be given you just have to grab them.
