Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because I want to work IT sector as an engineer. Student-faculty ratio in our college is 1:20. Most faculty members of our college are Ph.D. holders and have master's degrees. Minimum three times term exams conducted.

Internships Opportunities

Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Infosys, Accenture, Ola, Jio, IBM, and more companies make offers to students for SDE, Frontend Developer, Backend Developer, and App developer job roles with stipends. During the Covid-19 pandemic, AKGEC FabLab developed low-cost yet environmentally friendly and reusable products – A respirator and Face shield using 3D printing Technology.

Placement Experience

In 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Amazon, Google, Infosys, Wipro, niit technologies, Tech Mahindra, Samsung, TCS, HCL, Capgemini, and more multinational companies made a job offer. The highest package of our college in 2022 is 45 lack and the average package is 5-6 lack. Approximately most of the students get placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure of age is 140000 a year. Students can fill up scholarship forms for taking scholarships. A minimum of 75% attendance and 60% marks are required for taking a scholarship. I am not sure but yeah... there are some campus jobs/mentorship for students to get stipends.

Campus Life

Aarambh annual fest (for freshers) is conducted every year. In our college, a central Library is situated in the admin block. All books are available here. Yes in this college sports and other curricular activities are held. Berl akgec society is run by students.

Placement Experience:

Today in Srm Modi Nagar, Ghaziabad become eligible from seventh sector or the last year of the course. some of the top creators for the core branches are Amazon, Infosys , TCS , Wipro, IBM, SAP labs, Cognizant , Tech Mahindra, HCL , JP Morgan Chase , Philips , etc. in 2024 more than 958 companies visited the campus making more than 6200 job offers across all disciplines. the highest package for BTech students in Srm IST Delhi NCR campus ranged from 18 LPA to 22 LPA. Selective candidates Getting up to 29 LPA. the average package for BTech with artificial intelligence and machine learning 4.5 to 6.5 LPA. the lowest package for eligible students was 3.45 LPA. the placement rate for eligible students for the recent past years is 80% to 90% for cse departements but dipped to about 55% for all btech combined in 2023 to 24 large scale hiring typically happens from IT firms and consultancy company. Students are offered role such as software developer, analyst, data engineer, graduate trainee, systems engineer, business analyst, etc. my future plans are either do higher studies like M, tech and MBA or Work in software development and machine, Delhi related job roles.

From 7th semister, student is eligible for the campus placements. If we talk about the internships, student can get the internship offers from 5th semister onwards. There are many companies that come in this college. there are arouund 1000+ companies that visits college for the placements. These companies includes JP Morgan, Microsoft, Amazon, Boeing, Deloitte, etc. The average package is around 7lpa and the highest package is around 45lpa. The percentage of students getting placements is around 75%. Some students prefers to study further and some leave the placements for the other reasons. My plan after getting the degree is to be placed in a good company with the good package.

so bascially i didn't choose this college . i did mistake in my uptac counselling and get this college but when i studied here and seen all the aktu colleges i prefer this is good because it ranked 3 in up colleges .the college is ranked 3 in whole up and its naac A++ so yes its a great college so to get admission in akgec there are two ways by 10+2 percentage marks or by uptac counselling you have to fill your choices in uptac counselling so fill it very carefully without any mistake so the overall to get any cs/it branch your jee percentile should be above 88 and below that you can get any other core branches....Read More

Cutoffs are nothing but the marks obtained by the last student being declared qualified. To make it more clear, let's take an example. Suppose 1000 students sit in an exam. Several students who need to be called for counseling are supposed to 500. Now, A rank list is prepared based on the total marks obtained. The marks of the 500th student are taken as the cutoff.
