MBA at SMS

I choose MBA from SMS as it's a full-fledged professional course. The faculty-student ratio is 1: 45 There are 23 full-time facilities. They are highly qualified and well-experienced in their domain Most of them are graduates from its items and Ph.D. holders. Simulation and the latest Outcome based mode of learning and teaching is followed. Exams are conducted promptly. They compromise analytical, reasoning, remembering, and other applications type of questions.

Internships were offered by EY, Amazon, ICICI, ITC, Reliance, KPMG, Waco, IBM, Aditya Birla, and a lot of other companies. Projects were based on the internship or on the topic of choice of the students from their elective stream.

Students in 3rd Semester are eligible for Campus Pl Placement. The companies that visited the camp campus for placement includes Amazon, Khimji Ramdas, Federal Bank, ICICI, HDFC, South Indian Bank, EY, KPMG, Kellogg's, Deloitte, and others. The highest package was 20 lakh offered by Khimji Ramdas. The average package is 914000 90%of the students get placed.

The fees per semester are 32500 There are multiple scholarships including those of government, federal Banks, and other in-house scholarships Further financial assistance is available to students both from the government and from SMS, CUSAT

The Management Fest of SMS CUSAT is Talentime and it is usually held in the month of March. There are other fests on the CUSAT campus like Astra Sargam. The campus is truly vibrant and active at all times. There's a library with reference and study books at SMS and along with that student have access and membership at the Cusat Central Library. Sports and extracurricular activities take place often. There are interdepartmental and inter University events and competitions at all times. At SMS for MBA students, there are core clubs for Finance Marketing HR IT Operations, and other fun clubs for Reading, Movie Discussions, SpeakOut Club, CSR, etc Further SMS has active participation in NSS programs

The mess fee is rs 3000 per month and the rent is rs 300 per month. There are different hostels allocated to first-year and second-year students. The registration and allotment process is fully available online. Other private hostels are also available near the college.

Eligibility of the Course: Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university with more than 60% score. The recent score of KMAT/ CMAT / CAT. Application form can be found at: sms.cusat.ac.in. The application fee is Rs.1000

The topics of GD were: Remote Working And other relevant topics The selection process includes Group Discussion and Interview GD was conducted for a group of 10. The Interview was conducted by a panel of 3 members. Sufficient enough time was provided to prepare for GD.
