Course Curriculum Overview
Obviously one should choose according to his interest in the subject. How much he enjoys studying any subject. As you move higher in education you see changes in faculty members and students. Students are hard-working. The teaching method is good and the teaching staff is supportive. Bachelors have only one exam that too at the end of the year. Whereas masters have a semester system.
Fees and Financial Aid
It's a Central university so one should not worry about fees and the cost of study. Other than that university provides certain scholarships as well. Hostel fees are also affordable. Regarding jobs on campus is not well as per my knowledge. There may be some other departments that give placement etc which I am not aware of.
Campus Life
Many types of students are here from someone who is a bookworm to someone who studies for fun and one who always is in a fun mood. Just like any other college. Various sports and competition is often conducted along with activity concerning particular departments. There are many social groups that too are active both in academics, social work as well in politics.
Admission
The admission process is fine. It's simply based on Mcq type questions( For the entrance test). Normal Gs-based questions and some related to your subject if applying for a bachelor's. The entrance Test is not too hard to crack. And I think this is something that needs to tighten a bit for more quality students. But it's fine if you look at other perspectives.
