Course Curriculum Overview

There is a lot of demand for CSE branches in today's market. Faculty: student ratio is 1:40 which is quite good. All the professors are PhD holders. There is an exam every quarter of the year. The academic is quite difficult.

Internships Opportunities

The internship opportunities are not many. But some companies visit for internships. But students apply for off-campus internships. There are a large of startups in our college on which students are working.

Placement Experience

From the 7th semester onwards, students are getting placed. All major companies like amazon, slice visit campus for placements. The highest package is 1 Cr and the average package is 14LPA. Almost 100 per cent of students are placed.

Fees and Financial Aid

The tuition fee per semester is about 1.5 lakhs. The hostel and mess fees are about 45K per semester. There is about a 5-8 per cent hike in fees every year. There is a scholarship for students based on their family income

Campus Life

The annual cultural fest is VIVACITY and the tech fest is PLINTH and it is held in February. There are a lot of books available in the library. Classrooms are well spacious and all sports facilities are also available. There are various clubs in college.

Hostel Facilities

There is a double seater room for first and second-year students and single rooms for third year onwards. The mess food is quite good. The hostel and mess are affordable. The hostel is compulsory for all the students.

Hostel Fee: INR 70000 per year

Admission

You have to appear for JEE MAINS to get admission in this college. Percentile should be above 97 for the CSE branch. All details are on the site of LNMIIT. There is not any kind of reservation which is a good thing.

My straightforward Review of my college life

Placement Experience:

Placements in my collage are not very strong. A few companies visit, but the number is limited and the offer are also not very high . The average package is on the lower side and only a small number of students get placed through the campus. After completing my degree my plans is to continue improving my technical skills and apply for jobs outside the campus where the chances and salary packages are better.

Placement Experience:

the college provide good placement and internship opportunities and the average package stays around 12-13 lpa , almost 80% students get campus placement in good companies and the exams and eligibility process is very simple - just maintain the good cgpa with good commincation skills

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students get eligible for placements which is from 7th semester onwards companies start visiting our college. The companies visited yet are:- Appperfect - it selected 6 students Securemeter Limited - it selected 12 students. Advaiya - it selected 7 students. There are many companies which will visit campus soon. Till now Appperfect has provided a package of 5.5 lpa. The average package is of 4 lpa. The percentage of students getting placed is around 64. My plans are of higher studies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In the year 2014 & 2015, there was a huge scope for people in Computer Science Engineering. There were unlimted number of possibilities for a B.tech graduate at that time. This is why, I chose B.tech Computer Science course. The curriculum will help you to deal with the exams. If you are giving graduate level exams, you will be well guided for it by the faculty. There are no smart classes or good practicals examiner which we call lab technicians which causes everyone a havoc in the labs area. The midterms are the first monthly based exams that you'll need to give in order to pass your academics. After that, Practicals and then written exams.

Placement Experience:

IIIT Kota was initially running at the MNIT Jaipur which is under top 10 nits. IIIT Kota's placements faced a drastic decrement in placement percentage from 92% in 2021 to 74% in 2024, because the campus had shifted to kota in 2021. In 2023-2024 the number of offers was 140 and eligible students were 162, the higest package was of 65 lakh and avg was 13.09. Companies such as yamaha, jio, oyo, infosys, microsoft, samsung sds, amazon capegimini etc visits. Student not only dependent on on- campus, but should also be in touch of off-campanies, and in good approach with their senior. I will frequently keep applying for job interviews.

I applied to Thapar, IIIT Kota, IIIT Sonepat, IIIT Bhopal and BITS Pilani. Thapar has very large batch size so I did not chose it. IIIT Kota does not has a permanent campus so I rejected it, for IIIT Sonepat there has been a decrease in its value from previous decade so I rejected it. I got rejected from BITS Pilani due to low score in BITSAT. Admission process is good, only JEE Mains scores are considered and some Rajasthan Board toppers quota is there. I applied for amrita vishwa vidyapeetam coimbatore, VIT vellore and Lnmiit. I didn't get any rejection from any college. I applied for Jaypee college noida , Manipal University except lnmiit . I got confirmed admission in Jaypee . I chose lnmiit as it is ranked higher and also have a better reputation than those and is also tougher to get in . I didn't make it other colleges as my scores fell short .
