Entrance Preview

I took JEE MAINS 2013 & scored 287 in the exam. I opted for this college because it is one of the best engineering college in India. The admission process is pretty simple; one has to qualify the entrance exam then give the preference list as per their choice, accordingly the option is allotted to candidates as per their rank in various rounds of counselling.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is useful and properly designed for a food technology stream. Industry exposure is quite good. It is a part of our curriculum from the 2nd year.

College Events

Coming to the events and workshops conducted in college will be very useful to the student and moreover, the culturals will be an awesome tradition here. The campus is ragging-free.

Campus Life

1. Wi-Fi: 24 hours access to high-speed Wi-Fi in hostels and the college. A high-speed LAN is given to each and every student in his/her room 2. Labs: I can bet the lab of our college beats the labs of IITs. They are fully equipped with modern instruments. 3. Classrooms: The classrooms are better than the others colleges With a fully central AC and heater. Having access to digital teaching methods by projector etc.

Exam Structure

Exams held by faculty frequently which help us student to revise what we learn to now. So we can say that exams are essential for us to revise our syllabus. And labs are essential to practically experience it.

The faculty members are well qualified and have a doctorate degree allotted by MOFPI. They are well trained and have good teaching techniques. Most of the times they used to teach by PPTs made by them and some of them with white boards.

after 3rd year or maybe in 6th semester many companies visited and very few visited both happens maintain your cgpa make your cgpa above 8 might be difficult but you might get adv highest or average doesnt matter then see how much package you getmaintain cgpa fill out the placement form also they charge 9000 in third year for your placement and dcpd trainign maybe - 50 percent placed well placement is poor after degree - internships job

Did some research and found that AI/Ml is quite popular around the globe and saw alot of future opportunity in this field. The msts were of 40 marks each with 60 mins to complete the exam and finals were of 60 marks with 3 hrs time limit. However student were allowed to leave the hall once half time is over.

I think from 5th or 6th semester students can able to eligible for placement. Don't know exact data about the company company coming but there is good placement rate. 1.3CR highest package this year branch chemical engineering. In my Branch ICE there is more than 95% placement rate.

Placement Experience:

In LPU placement process usually start from 6th semester onwards. Many good companies come to campus like Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Cognizant, Accenture, Amazon and few product based also. Some startups also visit. The no. of offers are quite large every year because batch size is big. Highest package I heard was around 40 LPA but that is very rare, only 1-2 students get. Average package is around 5–6 LPA for CSE branch. For other branches it is little bit low. Almost 80-85% students who are seriously preparing gets placement from college. College also provide placement training and soft skills classes which help in interviews.
