Remarks

12th Science (A-group) Boards Pass, JEE Mains, GUJCET Entrance Exam clear. Admission through the ACPC website. SC, and ST reservations are valid also for other states like Jammu and Kashmir. Delay in the offline admission process.

Course Curriculum Overview

Electronics and Communication engineering has a wide and bright future scope. It contains benefits for the Government as well as private sectors. Also, students can enter any software and IT company placements. 10:8 respectively, As nowadays in our branch there are fewer students so the faculty focus more on the students. Faculties are highly qualified. There were mid-term exams every semester also and GTU conducts exams as ordered. It was very tough. If you don't study you don't pass.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees as per GTU guidelines. Normally affordable for students of all categories. The umbrella scholarship is available for SC and ST students Mess scholarship is also available for students. Girls' scholarship is also available for various benefits from the government.

Campus Life

Every year annual fest is conducted and also tech fest is conducted twice a year in February and July. There is a library in the college which provides books as per preference. Classrooms are highly advanced. They have projectors, CCTV, and smart classes. Seminar Halls are also good. Sports week is conducted annually and it is very enthusiastically celebrated. The college has various clubs such as Google Clubs, GDSC, Tech Club, and many more clubs, Social groups such as NSS. The hostel has many committees such as the Mess community, and the Management community.

PDEU , a Sweet n' Sour experience

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 7th Semester and companies start visiting at that time. The no. of companies that visit are around 30+ and the highest package offered last time was around 25+ LPA. The average package is 7-8LPA. Some of the companies that visit are Accenture,TCS, Infosys, JP Morgan(students got placed from a Hackathon)

Gati Shakti Vishwavidhyalaya: A true blend of speed and power of knowledge

Placement Experience:

Placement is there and around 92-95% students get placed every year which is quite good in current economy. Highest package offered was 12LPA which is decent for aa college openend less than a decade ago. Average package is around 6LPA to 7LPA. There is no restrictions in semester in which a student can apply for placement but usually 3rd and 4th year students are the one applying. My plan after degree is higher studies in colleges like Monash etc

Placement Experience:

At PDEU, CSE isn't that decorated stream as its more of an engineering college related to energy and therefore companies like Reliance, Adani Green, GSFC and others have made tie-ups with it. However, many IT companies too now have associated with our placements cell and average for our stream is currently around 7 LPA.

MY GCET JOURNEY : An Electrical Engineering Perspective

Placement Experience:

At GCET , students generally become eligible for campus placement from 7th semester onwards. L&T - 3 offers TORRENT POWER - 2 offers ADANI GROUP - 1 offer ABB - interviewed,no confirmed selection that year TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES - 20+ offers(open to all branches) L&T offered highest packege for graduate engineer trainee which was 5.5 LPA. TORRENT POWER offered average package of 4.0 LPA for core role For electrical engineering placement varies year by year based on the market in my batch core sector placement was 30-35% and overal placement includint IT or counsultng was 70-75% and remaining opted higher studies,GATE preparation,or government exams. i am interested in renewable energy research and might explore opportunities abroad for higher studies.

My college has 100 percent placement record. In my college average 7 lac per annual placement ration. Infosys, arista , ibm ect companies are visit our college for employees. From 3 year students are eligible for placement.

I am from Surat and I wanted to get addmission in S.S. gandhey college, Surat but my rank was low for get addmission in surat. Through the ACPC councelling first I got addmission in GEC Dahod but I didn't like that college and in the second round I got addmission in GEC Patan. So, when I visited the this college I liked the atmosphere and infrastructure of this college. So I take addmission in GEC Patan.
