I took an entrance exam in which eligibility was that you should have maths in class 12 I found the form on the GGSIPU website and the application fee was 1200 later I paid 1000 as cancellation fees. I got a 380 rank in the entrance exam and in 1st round of choice filling I got into VIPS college which I wanted.
Course Curriculum Overview
I was interested in economics since class 11 so I chose this course in my college there are 180 students in my course for which there are 10-12 faculty members and they got Ph.D. in this subject. End-term exams of the semester are around 5-6 months from starting of the semester and exams are quite tough but consistency in hard work is required to pass
Internships Opportunities
Companies from which internships are offered are IPE Global and the major task for the internship is research work for a particular project. Research is done in the groups for more accurate data to be provided to the company
Placement Experience
Students are placed at WNE, ZIGRAM, Taylor, and Francis, and a lot of offers are made since now the average package offered is 2.5 lakhs to 3 lakhs, and the highest package offered is 4 lakhs around 10-15 percent of students get placed each year I plan to do my master's in economics
Fees and Financial Aid
The campus is a little expensive but compared to other colleges like symbiosis or Marsee munjee it is relatively cheaper. College fees are 98000 per year. The scholarship is given based on your scores and marks in each semester
Campus Life
Tips conduct a lot of fests from different departments which mostly occur from October to January. The library has a lot of good material which a person can read and there is the option of a book bank for 5000 for a yearly supply of books of respective course AC and projects in every classroom. Every year a sports meet is conducted.
