Remarks

Admission was based on the score of JEE mains. Candidates have to sit for the JEE Mains exam, a national-level exam. The application form is released by JAC; for this, refer JAC website. Application fees for JAC application are low; after filling out the form, candidates have to appear for the exam. Based on the cutoffs and rankings, you will be offered engineering college seats.

Course Curriculum Overview

The faculty at IIITD is very good. Professors are educated at top universities around the globe. The education quality at IIITD is very good. Every course offered at IIITD has a good no. of evaluations, including assignments, quizzes, and projects. However, you have to work hard to balance the workload. The workload is very high.

Fees and Financial Aid

Course fees at IIITD change by roughly 10% every year. This year (2022), total BTech fees are INR 4,25,000. There are many scholarship schemes available at IIITD, one of which is the Delhi Govt Merit cum-means scholarship. We can get the scholarship based on the income of the family. Scholarship amounts are 25%, 50%, and 100%.

Campus Life

4.5

The campus is very good. There are large numbers of clubs like FooBar, etc organizing many different activities throughout the semester. Our annual fest ODESSEY is soon going to be organized. There is a sports block and gym too.

Interview Experience

4.5

Admission to IIITD is based on the rank obtained in the JEE Mains Entrance exams. You must secure a good rank in this exam to get admission to this college. There is also one more way through class 12th %age. But you will only get CSD and CSSS seats, also branch upgradation is not possible after 1st semester by admission through 12th %age.

Here placement is average as many opt for higher studies the reason behind this is maybe because only a few companies visit. In which TCS is a mass recruiter. The average package here is 3-4 lakh per annum and the highest goes up to 6lakhs per annum. Here placement ratio is about 50%. I will also opt for higher studies after getting a degree
