Remarks

I have taken the MH-CET exam in 12th std. After the exam CAP round is done. In 2nd round, I got into this College. If you are applying through CAP round there is no need for an independent applying. There is a little bit amount of application fees.

Course Curriculum Overview

I have an interest in Computer science and this is the reason I have applied for this Course. At college, one batch includes 70 students whereas for 35 student-teacher guardian is assigned. At our college, the staff is a little bit good and qualified. Not all teachers teach very well but Teaching is good for some teachers. In the computer branch, there is the majority of ladies' staff.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 79845 per year

Placement Experience

After passing the 6th-semester students are eligible for campus placement. Mainly TCS, Wipro, tech Mahindra, dxc technology, etc are the major recruiters of our college which made at 3-5 LPA and after that Capgemini, veritas, and others select students by taking a different round at 11-12 LPA. And recently one student got 22 LPA in Nutanix. Mainly 80-90 % of students get placed. After getting my degree I am planning for M-tech job.

Fees and Financial Aid

At our College, the fees are mainly 1,43,000 but for EBC it becomes 79,845 and exam fees are included per semester which is around 3,500 to 4,000. For College fees, general category students can avail of EBC and for a hostel, students can go through Panjabrao Deshmukh yojna.

Campus Life

In our college at major festivals like Garba, Ganpati Utsav, etc programs are done. Our college focuses more on technical rather than non-technical. In our library there is a lot of storage of books and journals and also online books and journals are available. In the classroom, there is a projector and another essential setup is done. The college participates in other competitions held by another college. There are so many club coding clubs, hacking clubs, photography clubs, dance and must clubs, art and craft clubs, etc which are run by students.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. I first thought to join lpu and wrote plunest exam but after getting the review i cancelled the admission even after paying 10000 rs seat reservation fee . but basically my jee got blanked. i wrote cuet and comedk and mhtcet through which i got admission in pune . i comedk and cuet my marks were low but in councelling also i got low colleges. in my current college you can take admission of gh raisoni engineering college wagholi pune through mht cet and jee. You can apply for mhtcet councelling even if you didnt applied for mhtcet exam but you have to pay 1000 fee. but the admission is very long and it takes till sept. for admission completion . cutoff for civil was 72% in mhtcet. experiance was very hactic of councelling you have to updated every date during councelling....Read More

Life at GHRCEM - Limited fun, Strong foundation

I applied to a few colleges through the CAP rounds, including MIT, VIIT,VIIIT So many, but GHRCEM was themost suitable based on my CET marks as a open category. I chose this college because of its placement rate and infrastructure also good . The admission process was smooth and fully online via DTE maharashtra centralized system. I was eligilbe through the women category. The cut-off vary every year. I didnt get rejected elsewhere, but some top colleges chad higher cutoff. raisoni was a safe and good option.
